mrsdiddlydoo · 03/03/2015 13:36

How exciting Tanny!

flen never had much luck with opks. I spoke to them about it and they've booked me in based on the length of my cycle on CD 20 of a usually 27 day cycle. I'm worrying my lining won't be thick enough... And what if I ov late in my cycle... Basically all the mad things you could think about before an appt.

Sorry ive been away ladies - i hope i havent missed too much, not had chance to read through yet but from the comments above i take it baby tanny is on the way, wooohoooo!

I have suffered from blinding migraines since friday, waking me up and alsorts, i normally suffer but normally can take something stronger than paracetamol and 4head stick :(
back at work today and slightly headachey, hoping it was a one off. Hope youre all well.

Flen · 03/03/2015 16:47

BLEUGH ourday, you have my total sympathy. I get hormone-related migraines that were triggered by the first pregnancy. They are RUBBISH.

ourdaywillcome1983 · 03/03/2015 16:56

Thanks Flen its been really severe, my own fault as the other day i read that pregnancy can stop migraines for some people and i was all happy thinking 'Ooooh maybe thats me' i definitely tempted fate with that one :(!

ourdaywillcome1983 · 03/03/2015 16:57

Also Flen i got my OPKs from the webiste homehealth, i bought the most sensitive and used them with FMU even though people say not to, they worked great for me. Think first class postage is 50p and always got thenm delivered to me next day.

Flen · 03/03/2015 17:23

ourday I have a definite fantasy that a successful pregnancy will switch them back off again! I get them at ovulation and menstruation, they are such horrible things. Thanks for the OPK advice, will definitely get some.

OhFlippityBolax · 03/03/2015 17:29

Hi ladies I'm hoping you can help. I've volunteered for the 'RESPONSE' study and have had my first screening which I have passed and now waiting for an appointment. I'm wondering if anyone else is taking part in it? Thanks

tannyLoo · 03/03/2015 18:31

The contractions have eased off Sad so no baby Tan tonight...

Justonemoretime · 03/03/2015 18:38

Tanny, how frustrating. How are you doing?

tannyLoo · 03/03/2015 18:46

A bit blue and very tired, which is part of the problem I think. I'm pretty sure things will get going again soon, and I've made progress today, so I have to try to stay on top of it...

Marchgirl · 03/03/2015 18:47

Oh bother tanny. How frustrating. Lots of stair climbing for you then!

bakingtins · 03/03/2015 19:03

it's all getting you closer, tanny try to have a rest while you can and gather your strength for the next instalment.

twilightstruggle · 03/03/2015 20:22

Oh Tanny - how frustrating. Fc things get going again after a bit of a rest. Huge hugs.

Sorry you've been poorly ourday. Never had a migraine but I understand they're beyond horrid.

Waves at everyone else. X

sebsmummy1 · 03/03/2015 21:47

Well after I stopped bleeding I seem to have started again this evening. I was getting dark brown discharge and now it's dark red and quite thin. Normal?

Thinking of you Tanny xx

Monten · 03/03/2015 22:00

How long ago was the erpc seb? Was it last week? If so, in my experience that's totally normal. I stopped and then started again both times.
