Please start with the traditional recap of your stats.

She laughed and said as long as I wasn't cheating on her with another beautician. It's awful I tend to say things like that otherwise I will cry and make everyone feel uncomfortable. Hope everyone has an ok weekend and it's lovely to hear about the BFP xx

tannyLoo · 27/02/2015 18:37

...miss you if you're not about and will fret about how you are...

Lovemylittlebear · 27/02/2015 18:44

Sebs I hope you are ok xxx

Frecklefire · 27/02/2015 19:17

Cheers marchgirl! Bablefish for mn! (see what i did there?!)

Gin o'clock ladies! Going to crack open the very expensive one i got for christmas and didn't have as was pregnant. Goibg to eat it whilst simultaniously eating blue cheese sauce on rare steak. F it!!

bakingtins · 27/02/2015 19:22

sebs you are not cluttering up the thread - read the title again...there are plenty of us wandering much further off topic than you! tanny is right, you are having a rotten time and we will all worry about you if you wander off. It's fine to dip in and out if that keeps you sane at various points, but leaving because you are worried what anyone else thinks is not allowed

littlebear ouch! in more ways than one that was an unexpected awkward reminder. Hope you are ok, sounds like you coped admirably.

Second what everyone else says sebs - never feel like you're clogging the thread. That's why we're all here!

Also second the suggestion to see if you can get nhs counselling/therapy. I would never have considered therapy - I thought it was weird and just couldn't imagine talking about personal things with a stranger. Then my dad died and I split up with my boyfriend (now my fiancée!) and I had a total meltdown. My friend suggested it and I went, reluctantly, and it was the best thing I have ever done. So helpful. When I was I a really dark place it helped me find my way back.

Sorry about af brummie. My cycles have changed post mc. I also sometimes have a longer luteal phase, a couple of cycles ago it was 17 days. I hope af shows her annoying face soon.

Lovemylittlebear · 27/02/2015 19:28

Oh gosh sorry :( I just meant that Sebs mummy shouldn't worry about what she said as she was just being honest and normal whereas I panicked and didnt know what to say and ended up sounding like a twat. Sorry I feel bad now I hope I didn't upset anyone x

longestlurkerever · 27/02/2015 20:10

bear you haven't upset anyone! Think Baking was just empathising. sebs ditto, please stick around if we are any use at all.

Hmm, well I am typing from hospital again. Some muppet van driver rear ended me (admittedly I stopped quite suddenly) so I have come to get checked out. Think all is fine. Hb and movements all good and really me, dd and the car all feel fine so it wasn't that big a deal, but mw here has my notes and apparently my gtt reading yesterday was high so I will be contacted my the diabetic team. Also have protein in urine but waiting to ask what that means. Bit of a shitty day tbh, but at least baby is ok.

tannyLoo · 27/02/2015 20:15

Oh longest so sorry to hear that! Glad you're being looked over and that everything looks OK with you all. What a bummer, though. Big healing hugs x

girliesaints · 27/02/2015 20:21

Echo Sebs what ever one else is saying. Everyone has their time in here at some point or other x

Boozle80 · 27/02/2015 20:23

Sebs trust me, we all take it in turns at being champion poster - I dominated an entire thread a few months ago - it may have even been two! That's the point of being here :) I for one haven't felt you've been dominating at all.

Frecklefire · 27/02/2015 20:41

Longest lurker - if you do have gestational diabetes i csn completely get you through, i was their star pupil - i lost 2 stone and kept my bloods good with an iorn fist. Oats and lentils, thats the key to good bloods! Xxx

longestlurkerever · 27/02/2015 20:48

Thanks freckle! I love lentils, beans and porridge. Unfortunately dh has some digestive issues which mean he isn't supposed to have too many pulses and high fibre stuff atm. Guess we might hero have separate meals!

Frecklefire · 27/02/2015 20:58

Start your day with poridge, morning snack of oat crackers and houmous, lunch of big egg dalad, or ham, or quorn or salmon salad, afternoon snack of a handfull of almonds, maybe some bombay mix. Snack on lean han and quorn sausages, low carb high protein dinner and thats it. Low GI basically. Keep off sugar and 'oze', go carb low and avoid baked goods. Bingo - lovely good blood and average weight baba! Xxxx

Frecklefire · 27/02/2015 20:59

Typos...grrrrr! I blame the gin! X

TinyTear · 27/02/2015 21:53

Longest I have GD and had it last time too... Let me know if you need hints as well

Marchgirl · 27/02/2015 22:29

Gosh longest. What a drama. Glad to hear that you and shortest are ok. Sorry to hear about the high reading for your tests. Hope you get a plan sorted soon. Sure it will be manageable with some help from these lovely ladies

longestlurkerever · 27/02/2015 23:11

Thanks all - Liking shortest. Am sure I will be back for tips once I've spoken to the diabetes team. Just glad is only GD and everything is otherwise fine.

bythesea82 · 27/02/2015 23:15

Ah, I like shortest Smile but longest sorry to hear about the added stress, really pleased you're both ok Flowers

tannyLoo · 28/02/2015 04:53

I'm having horrible middle of the night panics. They're making me feel ever so blue. I wake up hyperventilating and then panic as I can't feel movement. I really can't wait to hold this baby and stop worrying that my body is going to let us down. I'll read for a bit as that usually helps...

girliesaints · 28/02/2015 06:40

Hope you got back to sleep Tanny. Remember there's generally less movement towards the end as baby gets a bit squashed, as they're growing all the time x

Longest, what a day of dramas for you. Hope you and shortest are well rested x

Marchgirl · 28/02/2015 07:04

Second what girlie says tanny, but completely understand that need to just have mini tanny here. Could you speak to your mw about bringing forward your induction date? Hope you managed to get back to sleep. Just hang in there. So close now x

Flen · 28/02/2015 07:12

Oh tanny that sounds hard. Hang on in there and sounds like a good idea to talk to your mw. Hugs to you.

Glad you're ok longest (also loving "shortest"!) what a stressful day for you.

I'm getting more mental as the days pass... 10dpo today, might test tomorrow. Just so, so want to be pregnant but am not really feeling it... Hate this bit, I'm totally rubbish at it.

Marchgirl · 28/02/2015 07:27

Keeping everything crossed for you this month flen (and everyone else in the 2ww), it's such a tense time waiting to poas.
