Information, support, hand holding, tea, sympathy and a hell of a lot of combined knowledge - all welcome as we try to make sense of the RMC roller coaster of tests, NHS admin, heart ache and (hopefully) happy endings!
Please start with a recap of your stats Smile

Good news just.
I am doing sun roof as well... At 38 weeks myself... About 2 months before you

Marchgirl · 17/02/2015 18:32

Good news just. Glad the kidneys are there! Sorry about the pp,but as others have said,as long as it's managed i don't think it normally causes an issue. You never know, maybe it will move lots before then.

Glad you got a bit of a rest at the softplay tanny. Hope the acupuncture helped too.

Glad (?!?) You were sick twilight. Have you eaten anything out of the ordinary that could have caused the poo? spinach or something? ! Sure it's not a problem. Are you scanning tomorrow or have i got that wrong?

Catlover2014 · 17/02/2015 18:34

Manic day so can't check all through but wanted to say hi to you all.

Just so please scan went well and baby is fine. Such exciting times :)

Catlover2014 · 17/02/2015 18:34

*pleased not please. Deary me!

longestlurkerever · 17/02/2015 19:56

It's probably normal twilight. Pretty much anything goes bowels wise in pregnancy, but it's not something I have encountered yet.

Happy pancake day everyone. I bloody love pancakes. Kitchen is a disaster zone now though.

Justonemoretime · 17/02/2015 20:17

Thanks ladies. :)
Twilight, glad you're feeling ill... no idea about the green poo... but I hope you're feeling reassured by it all.

girliesaints · 17/02/2015 20:18

Just I had PP and was scanned at 28, 32, 34wks and which point it suddenly shifted upwards and I went on to have a natural birth. Felt most looked after and was never that concerned.

Sure it was a sign of how awkward my DD has gone on to be and non conforming. She actually can out elbow first, but that's another story!

ourdaywillcome1983 · 17/02/2015 20:23

just I am so happy for you!!!!

twighlight I am jealous of your sick! No idea about the poo tho sorry.

I've spent all day crying. After feeling rotten yday I've felt normal today, the hungover feeling I haven't had since probably Friday. trying to google if it's normal for symptoms to fade at 10/11 weeks. Some say yes - you can guess what the rest say :(

Justonemoretime · 17/02/2015 20:24

Thanks Girlie, that's good to know (not the elbow part; that sounds painful!) Hopefully the pp will resolve itself in the coming weeks.

Flower29 · 17/02/2015 20:41

Hugs ourday! I don't think there is a 'normal' with pregnancies, each one is unique and different women have different reactions to hcg levels(and varying levels as well), with some not even having sickness full stop, I know a couple of women who don't! Please try not to worry, the sickness has to stop at some point and I'd say 10-11 weeks is very reasonable given it's usually peaked already (I think). Did you say you had s scan tomorrow?

ourdaywillcome1983 · 17/02/2015 20:43

Thank you flower feeling sorry for myself. Yes it's my scan tomorrow, not til 3:15 tho. Just can't help feeling something's gone wrong, I know you all understand, it's so hard

Brummiegirl15 · 17/02/2015 20:49

Can't believe it. Got home tonight and letter from Worcester pushing back my appointment from Monday until 9th March!!!!! Monumentally fucked off. Have been waiting ages for this appointment and to have it moved at the last second.

Loopy now ironically same day as you

So now means we will miss next months opportunity for trying and pushes us back by another month. Fucked off doesn't even cover it.

It must be really hard to feel positive after everything that's happened, I'm sure I'll be the same the next time round. But sensibly speaking from the head iyswim, there's no reason why anything should be wrong now. Only 1 more sleep to go then hopefully you will be able to relax. Smile

Justonemoretime · 17/02/2015 20:51

Sorry to hear that Brummie. I'd phone and make a fuss tomorrow if you are feeling up to it. It's not on. Good luck.

Flower29 · 17/02/2015 20:53

Sorry, that's shit brummie! Totally understandable to be fuming. Have they given a reason? I wonder if it's worth calling to see if they can make it sooner...

twilightstruggle · 17/02/2015 20:55

Ourday - today's sickness was after three or four completely sick/nausea free days. I'd basically 'accepted' another mc. Feeling more positive today but really it's only good scans that provide any sort of reassurance. Really you can't read too much into waxing and waning symptoms (she says entirely hypocritically), although I know it's impossible not to when you're just looking for any sign of whether to expect to be distraught or delighted in two weeks.

March - my scan is tomorrow (good memory!). Not feeling hopeful at all after last week though am trying to be rational about it. I should be 10 weeks though and would be past danger zone (as mc at 11 weeks died at 9) so am trying to tell myself that if all goes well tomorrow I can start to relax (hahahaha).

ourdaywillcome1983 · 17/02/2015 20:55

Thank you flower x my husband is saying exactly the same as you and I know I'd be saying the same if this was someone else. Please let me be one of the lucky ones

brummie really sorry that's hugely frustrating

ourdaywillcome1983 · 17/02/2015 20:57

Thanks twighlight I am tomorrow too, what time are you in? Ill be 11 weeks tomorrow by my dates but 11+3 by my last scan dates

twilightstruggle · 17/02/2015 20:59

Sorry Brummie - crossed posts. How utterly infuriating. I'd be fuming. Ditto question did they give a reason?

twilightstruggle · 17/02/2015 21:01

Ourday - I'm in at 9am. Mutual hand hold x

Flower29 · 17/02/2015 21:03

I have a question and thought about calling the gp/epu but thought there's probably more expertise on here!!

I've been spotting today (and a little at weekend) but I only finished bleeding (bled about a few weeks in total) after mc2 Last mon (which coincided with normal hcg level in bloods of 2). So I wasnt expecting my period until a few weeks. (I had my 1st period after mc1 about a month after stopping bleeding (bled about 6 wks in total), as expected.) I know it's called the wtf cycle for a reason but wondered if spotting is 'normal' or if I should be worried something is a miss?? I have been a bit of a bitch to hubby and soooo irritable the last couple of days which would make sense if it was pms but I'm not due yet...any thoughts welcome!

Brummiegirl15 · 17/02/2015 21:09

Nope no reason at all. Just we've had to change your appointment.

I suspect because it's only 2 weeks that I can't get an earlier appointment.

I'm just gutted because it now means we will miss the window for trying again and have to wait another month.

Can't believe how upset I am about it. Been literally counting down the days because of wanting to try again and now we can't.

I'm too scared to try again without getting support behind me

Brummiegirl15 · 17/02/2015 21:11

Sorry ourday I'm banging on. I really hope it's nothing to worry about. I know you must be terrified of receiving bad news Flowers

ourdaywillcome1983 · 17/02/2015 21:26

Yes twighlight definitely.

Sorry flower I've no idea, didn't have this, my wtf cycles were always approx 2 weeks longer - that's all I can remember.

No brummie you're not, I'd feel exactly the same as you, what about calling his secretary tomorrow and see if there's been any cancellations? Thank you I hope so too, hope I can look back on this and laugh :(
