Information, support, hand holding, tea, sympathy and a hell of a lot of combined knowledge - all welcome as we try to make sense of the RMC roller coaster of tests, NHS admin, heart ache and (hopefully) happy endings!
Please start with a recap of your stats Smile

Good luck for all of you having scans today, I'm thinking of you!

ourdaywillcome1983 · 16/02/2015 12:49

Thank you flower Im 10+5 by my LMP dates but I'm 11+1 by the 10 week scan date. I feel very rough today, think i might have prematurely panicked on the not feeling as rubbish. Might have been given a break for a few days?

I am also frantically refreshing the screen!

Flower29 · 16/02/2015 12:59

ourday I'm sure the random symptoms don't mean anything untoward but I can understand why it would cause worry, sure id be the same. Hopefully your scan will put you at ease until your 12 week one. X

Oh, and to those who I was talking to about the Mind/Body connection book - I managed to get DH to read some of it and he's up for finding someone I can go to. There's actually a hypnotherapist at the practise I go to for acupuncture, but he does 90 minute sessions that cost £90 Shock . Yet more money to throw at this... Another one I found charges £60 an hour, so it's essentially the same cost. Shock
I should retrain..... There's obviously a lot of money in this!! The acupuncturist doesn't charge that much and she has to buy her needles!

longestlurkerever · 16/02/2015 13:41

Great news cat - am welling up for you! Congratulations on your lovely boy! I really hope you can let yourself feel a bit excited now. Have you been thinking about names and things?

Fingers crossed for the other scans. xx

longestlurkerever · 16/02/2015 13:43

Boozle and Bythsea thinking of you both too and anyone else with imminent scans....

This time next week I'll be in my consultants appointment - and it cannot come soon enough!!!!!!

I am dying to start ttc'ing again

tannyLoo · 16/02/2015 14:29

Cat, you said you thought it was a boy! Wonderful news! I can't believe it's 20 weeks already, it's a lovely feeling to get that far, isn't it?

C'mon you other scanners... (pompoms at the ready)

Catlover2014 · 16/02/2015 14:44

Thanks again all, it is exciting.

Brummie glad it's not too long away now, the waiting is just the worst part. Hopefully you'll get good treatment and support plans put in place to ensure your next BFP become a super sticky one.
