Brockhole, Wednesday 17 August all day. Bring a picnic! Everyone welcome, and all ages of children.

I've not got internet access at home atm, so am not on here much. But I do hope I'm going to get to see you all this summer.

we get back from hols on sunday 14th so should be recovered from LONG journey enough to do the hour or so up to brockhole

Nah, I've done the hairy-handed-lorry-driver and mad-axe-murderer fears already and haven't met one yet

I'm in Ribble Valley - route to Lakes goes roughly A59-Preston-M6-getoffsomewhereandfindBrockhole, but can do M55 in between

Slight complication now, Twinset (this is Jan btw) - I will have to be back home by 4.30 now, because I have to be at a training course in Accrington by 5 - this will mean me leaving quite early, would you want to do that too or would you be able to get back some other way?

I am sure I could get back another way, will look into it.

I may book the boys in to do a "Garden workshop" thing 11.00 - 12.30 see here if I can ever get through on the phone to find out about age suitability.
