Was reading another thread and it made me wonder if any of you had made a (or many) friend(s) on MN - so you had never met them before - and went on to become real life friends above and beyond MN. (presumably started by contacting the on CAT of MN).
Do you think you'll stay friends even when one of you "leaves" MN?

dinny - I live about 1 minute walk from the top corner of Tooting Common (the bit that runs along Emmanuel Rd). Would love to meet up on the Common sometime. Am away for a bit this week and for half term, but CAT me and we'll sort something out.

Ronniebaby · 19/05/2005 21:40

I have tried to make friends but there arent many people around my area, I've also tried in the surrounding areas, but no such luck

I made some sort of friends who I chat with online, and occasionally see at meet ups, but no real friends

motherpeculiar · 19/05/2005 22:08

dinny, wilbur - happy to meet around tooting if it means more people can make it...

dinny · 20/05/2005 08:38
