Right, so some voting (for dates), and some venue checking has been done, and Me n NappiesGalore have made executive organising planning decisions (based on us having little time and few options )

Saturday 22nd November

Nearest Tube Station - Farringdon

It will be canapes, so if you want more food, eat beforehand.

The canapes are being chosen for us - they will be clearly labelled as meat, fish, veg and will allergy advice.

The music we can bring a dj, ipod with playlist set up or have music piped up (music is a very varied mix so should suit everyone). We can use any/all of those options.

Music is quieter at bar end, plus we will have volume control.

Price will be £20 per head max. I will phone tomorrow to find out when they need final numbers for food etc, and when we have a more accurate numbers list, I can work out the right cost - it WILL NOT be more than £20. If we end up paying more than is needed, then obviously I will buy a new dress divide it up and refund people OR put it behind the bar - whatever you think is best.

I can see if I can get somethings put together on my laptop or cd's as know a dj but I don't have an ipod

From the info things:

We have a very sophisticated sound system at The Hat and Tun which allows for the following:

CDs: we can play CDs from our wide collection or you can bring your own;
IPOD: you can bring your own IPOD/laptop and plug into our system;
DJs: you can bring your own DJ or we can supply one. We can arrange for a full PA system to be hired in.

Obv dj is out unless someone knows a free one

I'll speak to the dj at the pub tonight and see if he can put a whole range of music on my laptop and I could bring that with me maybe?
As Snorris is going to be sober I could leave her in charge of it!

Ok,I dissapeard from the list but am definately coming. Flme I will have the money lodged before the end of the week. I don't feel like I can properly contribute to dress, muzzzzac etc until I have flight/hotel room booked which won't be until sometime next week.

Whoops - my laptop is insured I think through my business insurance for demos etc, I will check - if it is then shall we meet up and transfer the music to mine?
