Right, so some voting (for dates), and some venue checking has been done, and Me n NappiesGalore have made executive organising planning decisions (based on us having little time and few options )

Saturday 22nd November

Dust Bar (website here)

Nearest Tube Station - Farringdon

It will be canapes, so if you want more food, eat beforehand.

The canapes are being chosen for us - they will be clearly labelled as meat, fish, veg and will allergy advice.

The music we can bring a dj, ipod with playlist set up or have music piped up (music is a very varied mix so should suit everyone). We can use any/all of those options.

Music is quieter at bar end, plus we will have volume control.

Price will be £20 per head max. I will phone tomorrow to find out when they need final numbers for food etc, and when we have a more accurate numbers list, I can work out the right cost - it WILL NOT be more than £20. If we end up paying more than is needed, then obviously I will buy a new dress divide it up and refund people OR put it behind the bar - whatever you think is best.

I'm up for a meet before we move on to the venue Flamey et al. Your hotel is about 5 minutes away from mine & Sheiky's. Walk to venue will be about 30 minutes.

Piffle, I will be on the 1.05pm train, due into Kings Cross approx 3.50pm

I'm going to be getting into Kings Cross about 5 mins later than GtG - I will be the one looking farking petrified.

How much notice do you need for this? I would like to come but without sounding like a complete sap, I'm not sure I'm going to be quite ready to leave my DD for the night, but I'd know a bit closer to the time I think.

Need the money by the 5th November (extending date by a few days due to gunfire etc)

ok i am wavering on wanting to come. well no that's a lie. i desperatly want to come.
Its just that it is the same weekend and my sisters birthday and i need to check if she is doing anything and i am terrified that i have posted something scathing about someone on the list already and i shall arrive to a handbag around the ear.

plus i am a total whimp.

As for the music I am happy to do it, but I don't have an ipod, it's a sony mp3 player, but I have a cable to connect it to a stereo, any good?

well i managed to break my camera the other week and its a pretty good one.
I have seen them sold for spare or repair and they go for about £20 so i shall put it on Ebay and if it makes the money i can use it topay for teh deposit.
