SW London - book swap and meet up?

Don't know if anyone would be interested in this.

I have a load of books that I need to get rid of (mainly low brow fiction!). Normally I take them to the charity shop.

It occured to me that there might be lots of other MNetters who do the same. Why don't we meet up and do a big swap? Any books left over could go to the charity shop as usual.

Would anyone be interested?

I was just going to turn up with books - obviously not too many as I won't be driving, so it's what's comfortable to carry.

Listing might be a good idea if you can be bothered to be that organised!!!

Not really - my tastes are pretty diverse. The only genre I'm not a real fan of is sci-fi.

HOw many are you planning to bring? I've got loads but not sure I can carry them all, so will have to edit them down I think!

I'm based in South Wimbledon and (a) Have lots of books to get rid of swap and (b) Need to get away from DS for an evening! (Lovely 11 week old, but we're only apart for 3 hours a week ATM)

Well I vote for rearranging it, as there were lots who couldn't make this Friday.

Friday or Saturday (usually) OK with me, and I think I could do either of those dates, although need to double check with DH who isn't home yet.
