School holiday meet-up for S Yorks and surrounding areas

I thought I'd better start a new thread up for this one. It would be nice to get together during the school holidays and leading on from the weekend thread, another 'farm' idea would be good for all age ranges. Has anyone got any suggestions?

Here are a few of mine:

Sundown
Brockholes Farm near Doncaster (credit to Hula as she said it first )
Cannon Hall near Barnsley
Whigfield Farm near Barnsley
Rother Valley Country Park (OK OK I know it's not a farm but my mind wanders)
Wetlands Wildlife Centre (near me at Wath Upon Dearne)
Graves Park
Ski Village

Wasn't it busy!!

We stayed a little longer due to DD spotting the ducks and geese in the pond at the bottom carpark, so after a game of chase-the-duck and another icecream we headed home.
DD now knows 'Ickle Mol-Mol' and 'Big Mol-Mol' (the latter being her cousin) and was recounting the day to anyone who would listen!

have a lovely time on hols Hula.
Looking forward to the next meetup.

I'll have to come and lunch with you girls when my two are back at school.

Enjoyed the day - ds said he was glad he had come along. We've still got half a bag of feed left for the next time.

I am back on the 27th and then have a week off before starting work again. Normally I don't work Mondays and Fridays, but for the first week back I am doing Monday to Wednesday so have Thursday and Friday free.

Hello all - long time no communicate! I have been useless as of late coming onto the site so sorry!!! I am up for a meet up - Mondays/Wednesdays and Fridays work OK for me - so I promise to keep looking and communicating from here on in! No real excuses other than the fact that found out last week that I am pregnant again! Still early days but the tiredness and tears are coming thick and fast...just the sickness and nausea to look forward to now!
