SW London - any mums out there? I'm new and would like to meet a few other moms in the area

Hi there

I've just recently signed up with mumsnet and am keen to meet any other moms in the South West area. I scrolled down the topics board and noticed that there was a meet-up in March. Please could you let me know if there are any others scheduled?

Willow I suggested the place but couldn't remember the name, remembered it had a Z in it and googled and the only place I could find was the one Fisil booked.

THEN went into Richmond Sat night and saw that it was in fact ZILLIS and NOT the other one, hence confusion.

clearly not wedding organizers you lot. I have just returned from the usa to find a meetup organized, but not really clear when. Is it Sat. May 15th? May I come too? My birthday is on the 23rd, so I think I might qualify to join in the celebrations.
Coddy and pph you are both welcome to come back and stay at mine afterwards. Plenty of extra bedrooms and space. Can't promise that the kids won't be up early, but can promise that dh will get up with them and let us sleep.

Uh oh - look at my post for 16th April at 8:20 pm Countess Dracula - I have already booked, in my name.

We got hit by lightning a couple of days ago and have not had internet (or TV) ever since - and I've been too busy at work to come on much. Shall I cancel my booking, or will you cancel yours? I'm sad now, cos I thought I was organising the whole thing - and doing really well (I've got lists written out at home and everything )

that is really kind, sofiaames. I may contact you about that. I could stay with my mum (as could coddy and beety) but she is in the middle of town and I'm not sure what to do with my car if I do... parking v difficult around her on a sat and would then have to get all the way back out to richmond. You are in chiswick, though, aren't you? I have a parking space there and that could all work rather nicely..... are you sure though?!

OH NO FISIL!!! wasn't trying to take over, but if you read my earlier post, it was ME who suggested the place but I got the name wrong, it wasn't Zafferano but Zillis (I knew it had a Z in it! But being dimbo drac got it totally wrong)

NOW, we can still go to Zafferanos but I haven't been there, don't know if anyone else has but may be dump with vile food.

Tell you what, I'll mail you fisil, we'll sort it out and start a NEW thread with the proper details on it to avoid confusion OK?
