SW London - any mums out there? I'm new and would like to meet a few other moms in the area

Hi there

I've just recently signed up with mumsnet and am keen to meet any other moms in the South West area. I scrolled down the topics board and noticed that there was a meet-up in March. Please could you let me know if there are any others scheduled?

Pollingford & Bouj, I'm near you too - I'm in what estate agents call "West Wimbledon". If we go for Richmond, could we make our own ways there by train and share a cab back?

fisil, sounds good - am more likely to need assistance getting home (am actually sneaking a mug of wine with a friend at work now!!) I am acutally in Southfields but Wimbledon is very close.

is there any chance whatsoever this could be a lunch rather than a dinner? if i weren't pg however, dinner would definitely get my vote... so don't worry if that is the general preference.

8th fine for me - have to say prefer dinner as don't have to contemplate dealing with ds afterwards.

Can't do the 8th May I'm afraid (doing the Barnes Art & Design Fair [spot the plug ] that day so will probably be knackered) but will keep an eye on this thread to see if the date changes.

sorry if i have confused things by mentioning lunch! by all means stick to dinner, i know what i'd prefer in the ideal world. oh and i meant a lunch without offspring!
