I'm 23 and have a ds who will be 2 in a couple of weeks. None of my friends have had kids yet (cept one who moved far away), though I have met a couple more my sort of age who have.

I keep encouraging my friends to have kids but they say they're not even considering it for another 5-10 years

What have I done to put them off

supermum1015 · 19/09/2006 23:21

my mates have become nuns! anything to do with me u think?

my two bestfriends were at the birth with of my dd with dp, that definately put them off, and they filmed it!!!

PinkTulips · 21/09/2006 23:19

even dp wasn't allowed down the business end for dds birth! would have strangled anyone who tried to film it. know what you mean about having no mates with kids though, or no mates for that matter. odd how quick they disappear when you van't go drinking every weekend isn't it?!

prettymum · 21/09/2006 23:21

know what you maei treasure any spare time i get that can get me away from the house but it ends with my friends being too busy or broke!!

supermum1015 · 22/09/2006 10:18

isnt it amazing. when i actually find time to go out with my mates they are skint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean i am the one with kids here! lol
