zoeb023 · 18/04/2006 13:38

Yep Worcester park in Surrey.
I seem to be the only one!

tarantuless · 18/04/2006 13:54

I'm from near there and I dotn drive either but we do cycle so get out n about that way. I work full time tho and dp is at home. Which end are you N.Cheam or Motspur park. Love the area as there is so much to do and so many parks esp now summer is coming in.

sixtwosix · 18/04/2006 14:22

im in cheam. the 151 and the 213 come through cheam on the way to sutton.
there are loads and loads of us in this part of the world. and worcestor park is very well connected by public transport. i once took my double urban detour on a bus there.
if you like, why dont you organise a meetup somewhere?

zoeb023 · 18/04/2006 14:30

Sounds great, lets meet up.

Anybody heard of the Kinder cafe in Worcester park high street?

I live just off the high street by Cuddington park, we could plan a picnic for a really nice day!

Any other ideas?

I'm not to good with making decitions, I usually go with the flow...(can't spell either!)

zoeb023 · 18/04/2006 14:45

we are up towards N. Cheam. Dp takes dd down to Cuddington Park quite often. Its a nice playground. We also go upto the one in Cheam Park which is great as it has a sandpit. You should check that out sometime.
also it might be a bit of a trek for you but if you go to the end of Green Lane and past the school and then up the track by the horses there is a park there that had a paddling pool open last summer. Dont know if they are going to do it again this year but itll be fab if they do. Dp would take dd and a picnic and stay all afternoon.

sixtwosix · 18/04/2006 22:11

zoe, where ther is a will, there is a way Grin
i had to get to north cheam, and since these new buses are supposed to fit a wheelchair, i figured i could try. all it took was some maneovering, and the kids tightly strapped in!

picnic in the park sounds good. count me in. do you want to do it during school hours, so we only have thelittle ones? or on the weekend? or do you want to wait for half term?
your decision im afraid

MagicGenie · 18/04/2006 22:30

Hello - I'm relatively nearby - bit of a drive but can I come?

(Have heard good things about Cafe Kinder - never been though.)
