Sorry for the complex musical fb post. My friend was an organ scholar at Oxford and knows his shit. I was pretty hesitant about asking for help as I am not musical in comparison. I thought there was a good chance of being disparaged by him. We had a kind of love-hate friendship at school , but we have both grown up I hope .

DT - the wedding looked wonderful. The weather looked perfect too.

It's v quiet isn't it? I'm in hospital - pain, dizziness, etc so was admitted yesterday morning. V glad I was as woke at 5am having a massive bleed, v scary.

Waiting to find out if I need surgery or not.

Aww Stitching. So sorry you are having a bad time of it. Sorry too for being slow to reply. We have been out this afternoon visiting our old neighbours who are moving to NYC on Tuesday. (You may recall the high maintenance one)

The neighbour who had the bike accident came home on Thursday. Been in hospital since the start of May . He is in a wheelchair . We had an email on Friday to give us the heads up that they might need to call on neighbours for help, but then ran into them yesterday on their first trip into the village. He seemed ok in himself but it is key that they put on a good face for their daughter who has emotional difficulties. Such a nice guy though.

Anyway, wishing you the very best ((hug)). Really hope that a new week brings better news and improved health. Xxx

Hoping on way out soon stitching - it's horrid being stuck when no release date. make sure you don't be quiet In asking for pain relief etc.

Busy week last week as out to various concerts etc - so felt very tired at weekend .

Hello all, still in hospital and going slowly mad although lovely texts are helping . Do go and check out my thread in chat re convos with cleaner this morning - you have to laugh or else . . . . !

Op tomorrow - they can't get on top of the bleeding or dizziness and scans/bloods are not helping so they're going to do some poking around. While nervous I'm also relieved - shld be able to come tomorrow or thurs at the latest.

Having a weird 20 mins here in that DS1 has gone on a play date straight from school without me for the first time, and DS2 fell asleep on the way to Tescos, so I really have no one to look after , although I need to wake DS2 if I am to get him back to sleep at bedtime. Enjoying a first though.
