Hope everyone is ok and all those colds have dried up now. Is it wet enough???? Am desperate to take Abigail out for a nice long walk while Jessica at nursery but doesn't look like I'm going to get a chance (without getting soaking wet anyway!).
Thanks for all your good wishes - can't believe that abigail was 2 weeks old yesterday - where did that go? Another girl was a nice surprise as I had a feeling that it was going to be a boy (which would have been equally lovely). And she was a lot bigger that the midwife had expected. A whole pound heavier than Jessica. Scared that if I have another one it will be another pound heavier - 9lb 10oz would be a bit too big!!
Still haven't made it to Grandma's. Was intending to go with DH while he was on paternity leave but never made it (largely due to fact that nominated day was spent waiting around for midwife to call). Am not brave enough to attempt it during half term (like you nemo, have bad half term experience!!) so will see if DM wil accompany me some time next week. Am really trying to get Jessica out to some nice places to reassure her that Abigail hasn't completely taken over.
Hope all ok with Nemo (very lovely mum!) and edodgy and the waiting hasn't gotten too much for you yet!

SL hope you had a great night out on saturday. Looking forward to getting out an about myself soon. Just need to find something that will fit my post pregnancy flab!

Hi Jessysmummy, lovely to have you back!! I was thinking about you the other day, wondering how you and little Abigail were - my ds was 8lb 10 and half oz's - he was 2 lb 4 oz's bigger!

Hope to see you, Jessica and Abigail at mums and toddlers maybe, (weather permitting).

im hoping that that my 2nd baba wont be as bigger as my first as she was 9lb 1oz and i remembered my feet felt like they were gonna split as i was heavy but my nan biggest son was 13.5lb when he was born and he is now over 6'5" . ill have to stay in bed from day one

Yes, Nemo, think abigail's arrival has co-incided with Jessica's build up to the "terrible twos"...or she could just be trying to get some attention, though I really don't think that we're ignoring her. Anyway, time will tell.

JM nightmare isnt it when pg i dont have the energy to do all the stuff he wants to do as he is quite physical a lot of the time but also worry that once baby is here i still wont have energy..lol

hi everyone. still here but dont get a chance to go on computer if kids are here. they are back at school today and must admit it is nice to have a quiet house again for a few hours. owen is watching cbeebies and i have finaly got a chance to go on pc.

Don't worry Nemo, energy comes flooding back - even when (like me) you've had very little sleep. It's just so nice to not have that great big basketball strapped to your front and you can bend down and run and everything that you haven't been able to do for the last 6 months or so!
How's it going anyway, you must be shattered? I remember my last month or so, really didn't enjoy it at all and felt so sorry for DD1. Hope you are managing ok.
