Small babies welcome. We all know how much you can long for a meal out yet be unable to bring yourself to leave the baby so as long as you are happy to bring them, we are happy to have them.

Please suggest places to go for a nice drink or 2 (cocktails anyone?) and a meal. The date which most people can make will be booked.

Me too - DH has just confirmed that he's up for babysitting. Don't know whether my 'babe in arms' will be coming with me - in the nicest way possible I hope she isn't!

Ooooh, do we dress up a little bit (jeans with nice top, for instance, not necessarily santa outfit!). I'm so tired of wearing a jumper covered in milk and a non-supportive nursing bra.

Indith I live in just outside Ferryhill; bus service is crap- one bus an hour and it frequently doesn't turn up. I really wouldn't want to be stuck in the bus station clutching my handbag so if anyone could possibly give me a lift home ( I'd pay petrol)then I would love to come.

Osbega - Ferryhill isn't hugely out of my way, I could give you a lift if you like? It just means going up the A689/A1(M) rather than the A177 like I normally do.
We'll sort it out nearer the time. I may need to go via Houghton as well to pick up my friend and her baby as well.

As I'll not be drinking for once I'm happy to be taxi driver for those who want to partake of Christmas cheer without worrying about getting home. Juney has bagged a spot already but I can borrow FIL's 7 seater so there's plenty of room- let me know if you want a lift.
