Anyone starting the Harcombe diet?

Hi am starting the Harcombe diet tomorrow, anyone else had success with it or fancies joining me? 6 and a bit weeks to holidays!!

Weigh day today. Again no weight loss..😐 All prepared for phase one again tomorrow, hopefully that will help me nip in the bud some of the crappy eating habits that are starting to creep in again....(bread, snacks, wine, gin.etc ...)

Yesterday
L: Leftover Hm veg chilli and rice
NLY and banana
Snack: peanut butter and bread
D: veg curry, rice and a bit of naan
Rhubarb gin and tonic

Today
L: chick pea curry and rice, roti
Dinner will be chick pea curry and rice again!!

I've been watching that 'How to stay Young' on BBC 1. Have just taken the 'body age calculator on the their website.... think drinking is putting my age up!😀

V. impressed that you stuck to Harcombe even when eating out. I can never resist chips!

I had a weird day yesterday .. nothing satisfied me .. But I was out most of the day and couldn't find anything much to eat so snacked all day which is probably why i was hungry.

B: a little leftover tuna mayo
L: tuna pate from m&s
D: bacon and eggs fried
S: lots of extra thick cream Blush brie, a piece of fried plaice with cucumber and mayo, 2 x cappuccino (not decaff), lots of Brazil nuts

I usually can't resist chips either but I really hate the way I look - and hated the way I felt when eating carbs, all bloated and sluggish, so I need to stick to this .. for ever really, with the odd treat at some point.

Dp had chips from the chippy last night and I withstood temptation again Halo

I think I'm eating too much. I'm not sure if it's hunger or habit but will try and work it out. Still struggling with migraines which get worse if I don't eat regularly too.

I'm the same this time of year - eating more. Think we're programmed to store food for winter as though we're still hunter gatherers. So sorry about the migraines, they're awful.

(I've run out of NLY!!!)
Grabbed a handful of unsalted pistachios before bed....

Last night I ate peanut butter from a spoon ... desperately wanted something sweet. It was horrible so luckily didn't have much. Feel like I'm losing the plot though, fed up of being limited in what I can eat - I went out for coffee with my dd and all there was to eat was sandwiches and cake!

Know exactly what you mean! I ended up not eating anything at all last Sunday whilst I was out because there was nothing I could have. Think that's why I bend the rules and mix carbs and fats from time to time just to be able to eat out....

Lost a further 2lbs this week so 6lb in total since I started. I only seem to lose weight when I follow phase 1 (probably because I eat too many carbs on phase 2!) So have decided to do a phase 1 week at the start of every month to see what happens...

I know what you mean .. I only really lose on phase 1, although a few berries seem ok. As soon as I introduce carbs I stop losing.
