Morning all.

The Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

Hope it's been a good week - lots of challenges going on! I challenged myself to cook something different with cauliflower yesterday as I was getting bored of the same old same old, and so found a recipe for Bang Bang cauliflower, which I adapted slightly to make it more low carb friendly. I shall post that later.

In the meantime, I hope that the scales or the measuring tape have been kind to you!

Here's to a good next week. Remember we only have three left, so if things are slacking a bit, time to get stricter again.

Dailyhandtowelwash big hugs for you xxx

@Dailyhandtowelwash hope you are OK?

After a lovely start to mothers day everything went a bit wrong here. I shouted, kids cried. Not a mothers day thing. More a we are all fed up of lock down and each other thing. New day today.

I am down another 1lb this week taking me to 9.11. Very please so keeping up my fasting and exercise challenge.

Hope everyone has a good start to the week and that there are lots of losses to celebrate!

Pleased it worked @Midlifemission, no point having the scales if you can't ponder the graphs and figures Grin

Hope you're feeling better this morning @Dailyhandtowelwash Flowers

@nowlook I got the children an enigmagram at half term after reading about them on here, their message gave them the locations of items I'd hidden about the house to keep them busy at half term - bath bomb set, rainbow cake making set, etc. They loved the enigmagram and said they'd like another, it's a bit quirky isn't it.
I do love an Escape Room, we did an online one for my birthday and it was great. Anything a bit different to Netflix is a relief at the moment.
