Morning all.

Ici, c'est le début de notre quatre semaine du Bootcamp. C'est léger est pas ordinaire.

... which means we can relax things slightly.

Some fruit is allowed in moderation - mainly berries. Nuts and seeds in moderation, and alcohol very much in moderation.

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness if you need to, check the rules for Bootcamp Light on the tabs there.

If you're happy on 'ordinary' Bootcamp, then by all means continue. If you were finding intermittent fasting was helping you, then you could also consider trying to extend the length of time you've been fasting - so if you were managing 12:12, try working up to 16:8. If you were managing 16:8, see how much long you can extend that for. Just don't let it go so long that you get too hungry and are tempted to cheat.

Alternatively, you could do a hybrid, so strict Bootcamp during the week and Bootcamp Light at the weekend.

We only have two weeks left of this Bootcamp, so let's get/keep focused, and see what we can do!

I am extremely exhausted today, worked a night shift then the builders unexpectedly came, so couldn't go to bed and my kids are still home, and I'm behind on deadlines. I'm so tired and over stretched.
Back to work in a couple of hours.

I forgot to get anything out of the freezer for myself and then after wacking a quick inspirations battered fish thing in oven for kids and dh I realised I had nothing left in me so had a fillet and chucked loads of kale in. Not ideal but truly the best i can manage today.
I ate bacon eggs and avocado this AM and I've been sipping on water. Couldn't access kitchen cos builders so no lunch.

In a weird conundrum where the shittyness of week 3/4 is getting me down but i also really don't want to give up. So I'm just mopey. And now sleep deprived

I’m knackered again! Another full on day at work - wonder how long it will take me to get back in the zone?!?
Food wise pretty good. Finding it tricky to get the water in at work but doing my best. It’s so hot at school too so probably doesn’t help!
My work dresses are fitting better and my work trousers are visibly baggier! But weight is same pinging around 160/1. AF though.
NSV I forgot to mention is - Zi brought a nice white stuff dress on EBay size 16 and it was much too big so I am returning! Def size 14 now - hope I see a 12 before the end of summer!

I've definitely noticed that I've been snacking more out of habit than hunger even though I stick to low carb snacks. I'm trying to get that back under control by planning more carefully and trying to stick to the plan!

On the plus side I managed to resist the wine I was using today for making risotto.

L- small slice of fathead pizza, large salad
S- creamy coffee
D- same as lunch!

By the way, do electrolytes balance out eventually or should I keep drinking broth for ever? I'm having a cup every couple of days, it really helped in week 2 but not sure if it's still necessary.

Day two for me. I haven't cheated but have literally done nothing but eat

Had a swim first thing

Creamy coffee
Yoghurt before swim
Creamy scrambled eggs and mushrooms
Chicken mayo and salad
Cheddar and spring onions
Dinner if pork chop and aubergine parmigiana

That is two days worth of food right there Confused

I’ve had bloody thrush and cystitis AGAIN. I feel like my fanjo must be off on honeymoon when I’m not looking because i just can’t explain why it’s so sore down there. Confused

Anyway had some food triumphs over the last couple of days as I try to clear my freezer. Made a delicious terrine with pork mince, chicken livers and lardons on Tuesday night which is seeing me thru lunches for the week. Tonight we had sea bream cooked like this in a Greek style with these veggies although I omitted the tomatoes and added a couple of sticks of celery. I recommend eating it while having a small glass of cold white and watching Bettany Hughes Greek odyssey. I am really yearning for a lovely beach holiday now, sigh.

Morning all! Just wondering if anyone has had a whoosh (the sudden weight loss thing) yet? I am KOKOing but feeling fat today, had a day yesterday of just salad, good veggies, avocados, eggs too. I have noticed muffin-top is a bit less of a hangover but feeling a bit 'meh'. Need a waft of inspiration!

Rum is zero carbs, you'll be pleased to know!

You could compensate for the latter point by drinking it with soda water (or sparkling water). Fill your glass with lots of ice, pour in the rum, squeeze in a wedge of lime and top up with water.

I have low carb mojitos with white rum. In a tall glass muddle mint leaves (and a tsp of sweetener if you like it sweet - I don’t bother but H prefers it sweeter) and the juice of half a lime, put a shot of rum, ice and then fill up with soda. It’s very refreshing when it’s hot.

TMI alert, I just had an impressive toilet visit and decided to weigh myself after. To my delight I have lost 3 more pounds since Monday. I’m now 11st 11lb. Which is the weight I was when I married my first husband. I very rarely make it into the 11s, so I’m chuffed. This has been the best BC for me so far I think. 11lb in 4 weeks. My BMI is now 23. Which is just right for me.

“Day off” today (when a day off includes homeschooling all your children!!) so going to do some much needed cleaning. Then might have a wine later but might not. Very motivated by seeing the 150s!
