No loss for me this week, but I was experimenting with carb counts, turns out I do need to keep it a lot lower than 60g at least to kick start the process. We’re all different I guess!
Also AF, my starting weight was probably on a low day. And still need more water, water, WATER, ok at home but not in work on my own for 7 hours, I should invest in tenalady!!
I think there’s a little less belly, I daren’t measure in case it’s imagination.
More energy, clearer head, mostly sleeping much better, love this WOE!
