I can't be faffed yet
plugging my food intake into a calculator.
But I'm consciously (for once) trying to restrict my calories and being conscious of how much I eat.
So today was two eggs, 1 slice of salami Milano (29 calories), 2 slices of Emmenthal and 4 slices of Pastrami, 2 small pieces of Parmesan, 2 lamb chops (1 eaten with the fat, 1 without), some French beans in butter, some white cabbage in butter (about 30g in total).
2 litres of water so far plus 4 cups of tea without milk. Off to drink some more water and maybe some herb tea.
Managed a 17 hour intermittent fast - and have eaten early tonight, so should manage another 17 hours tomorrow.
No run today but did my 4th and last day of JM "30 Day Shred" Level 3 (onto "Ripped in 30" tomorrow) and then 20 minutes "mobility stretches" (Women's Rugby pre-season whenever that will be training) before an hour long Pilates class. Have completed 10,000 steps for the 2nd day.
