Trying to get ahead of everything, as I know tomorrow will be a real rush with people signing up, etc.

Here's the spreadsheet with many thanks to the ever lovely @AthelstaneTheUnready for her sterling efforts

Day 2 done - 898cals and 21g carbs. Would have liked cals a little closer to 800 but was hungry this aft so had a bigger lunch than planned.

L: celery soup, sliced beef with English mustard and a generous grind of salt (my fave snack, usually add softened butter too when not cal counting to up the fat).
D: another thumbs up for the shepherds pie off the spreadsheet. Was amazing! Took all my willpower not to lick the plate! And we have leftovers for tomorrow too Grin Had it with broccoli in melted butter.

Did a 30 min HIIT this morning and walked the dog for 45 mins so nick tick for the exercise too.

Only negative - was feeling all energetic this morning so stripped the bed and washed the sheets. Now am knackered but need to iron the bedding and put it back on the bed - waaaahhhh!!!

IF 17:7 today; I was hungry this morning, but had a meeting and had to go for my Click & Collect shop, so that kept me occupied!

Today:

Morning: 2 cups of black coffee
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, full fat Green yoghurt
Afternoon snack: Marmite cheese portion, one coffee with milk
Dinner: stir-fried prawns with ginger, garlic, chilli red pepper, shallots, coriander, served with cauliflower rice (with stir-fried shallots and thin egg omelettes)

Total cals 965, carbs 27g.

Currently up to my fourth 500ml of water.

Had two scrambled eggs for lunch, and homemade curry with a FLVG for dinner. 3l of water drunk. My work is done - off for another early night in the hope I will be completely back to normal tomorrow. Well done everyone!

Wow...the dreams...I'd forgotten all about the horrible dreams.

840 calories and 50g carbs isn't bad for today.

I'm finding the calorie counting really tough...can't wait to get to lovely old bootcamp with calorie counting a distant memory.

I can't be faffed yet Wink plugging my food intake into a calculator.

But I'm consciously (for once) trying to restrict my calories and being conscious of how much I eat.

So today was two eggs, 1 slice of salami Milano (29 calories), 2 slices of Emmenthal and 4 slices of Pastrami, 2 small pieces of Parmesan, 2 lamb chops (1 eaten with the fat, 1 without), some French beans in butter, some white cabbage in butter (about 30g in total).

2 litres of water so far plus 4 cups of tea without milk. Off to drink some more water and maybe some herb tea.

Managed a 17 hour intermittent fast - and have eaten early tonight, so should manage another 17 hours tomorrow.

No run today but did my 4th and last day of JM "30 Day Shred" Level 3 (onto "Ripped in 30" tomorrow) and then 20 minutes "mobility stretches" (Women's Rugby pre-season whenever that will be training) before an hour long Pilates class. Have completed 10,000 steps for the 2nd day.

Trying to keep myself occupied to avoid the carbs. Plus am extra motivated having been Shock and Blush at finding out that I'm well back over 12 stone Smile

I managed exactly 1000 calories according to mfp today :) 21g carbs. No specific exercise, but I walked the dogs, painted doors and skirting and did some gardening, so that will do. I might need a black decaf coffee to help get over my craving for chocolate, I have got back into the habit of having chocolate after dinner during lockdown, which is why I've put on about 10lb.

Just caught up and everyone sounds like they’re doing brilliantly!
I had the most lovely day. We went up to the moors to swim in the river and it was sooo beautiful. I heard cuckoos. Back much later than planned and haven’t eaten yet!! DH cobbling something together. Anyway the vitamin D and exercise was ace and I feel that nice sunny tired now. See you all again tomorrow. 😊

I’ve gone slightly over my calories today (1054) but I’ve only had 3g of carbs. It might be a touch less as I didn’t finish all of the portion I’d allocated myself for dinner. I’d rather over than overestimate though. I’ve had 3.25l of water today and will have more before bed (possibly a lemon and ginger tea).

I did a Jillian Michaels DVD. Feeling good about the rest of the week and calorie counting had made me realise how much I was going over, even when doing OMAD!

Dinner was chicory and Saint Agur salad with French dressing, and a small chicken leg on the side. Calories 686.

Three cups of tea with 25ml milk. Calories 15.

Total calories: 1001 (but actually slightly less as I overestimated on lunch).

Didn’t count carbs.

I’ve started this morning 157 pounds. 10.5 mile run this morning and 3 mile walk this evening. Lunch was an omelette with with mushroom leek asparagus ham and cheese. Dinner was tomato and avocado salad, more cheese was eaten in between. Eating window was 2-8

definitely OMG. Would creamy coffee lollies work, or would the cream go funny?
I’ve done it, so I’ll let you know! I made a super strong coffee and added double cream. Can’t wait until tomorrow to try one - fingers crossed for sunshine! Imagining laying out on my hammock with a creamy coffee lolly Smile

An even scrappier start here than I thought, turns out beerydog3 broke through the child lock and stole my cheese and a massive pack of bacon that was supposed to see me through the first 6 days till I get paid 🤦🏻‍♀️ He is currently hiding in case I eat him instead. Wisely. 😂

So yesterday was salad stuff and blue cheese, and tuna mayonnaise.

I am loathe to say this as everyone sounds so positive but having stuck to 17-8 and 1200 calories a day for a week or so now I’m finding the shift to 1000 hard this evening in that I’m starving! Will glug more water. Oh that’s not 17 but one less than that. My keys are broken:

Today I’ve been in work, so some walking running around like a headless chicken exercise, had a long IF, turkey chunks and mayo for a quick lunch.

Not enough water, but I know it takes me a while to get my intake up, so will increase gradually.

Tonight is sausage, bacon, egg and quarter can tinned tomatoes. Yum!

Oh no! What a naughty dog! I find this WOE can be quite expensive at the best of times, without a naughty pooch depleting your stocks. Hope you’re able to find alternatives for now Brew

Managed the IF well today , Had lunch at 2 pm.
Lovely 2 egg omlette with mushrooms and 1 rasher of bacon , then tonight DD made chicken curry , we added cauliflower , spinach and red pepper , and a glug of cream to the sauce , I had mine with cauliflower rice ,

According to MFP I’m on 999 calories , and 36 carbs , had loads of water and a decent walk ( not as good as yesterday’s 6 miles , but a good walk , and a steep hill on the way home )
Big day out tomorrow, it’s the Tesco shop , so a chance to do my ( longer than normal) hair , and put some make up on !

Successful day 2 here:

L: Chicken tikka stir fry
D: Chicken tikka stir fry
2 boiled eggs in between
2 black teas first thing
IF window 8pm to 12 noon today
3 litres water
2 x 5k walks

Ended up on 893 cals and 38.8 carbs. Also finding the calorie counting painful, glad it's not going to be a long term thing - wouldn't be able to stick to it!!

... but on the positive side, you've already done it for a week! If you wanted to, you could move straight to Bootcamp 'ordinaire' - where we don't count calories or carbs - and that means you can up your fat, which will stop you from being hungry.

I've just found this post. I've gone slightly over the 1000cals 1079😤 however I did manage 3.5k walk mainly uphill (my car hates this hill as it's almost upright!!) And I've been handwashing everyone's clothes, washing machines broken so I've burned a few more calories!!
Looking forward to tomorrow

Well he’s lucky he’s not on the menu right now tbf!! Still can’t believe he managed to break in, have now duct taped beerydog3 the fridge shut. As well as the child lock.

I’ve got a few bits to be going on with thankfully. And I’ve barricaded the kitchen door. 🤦🏻‍♀️
