Good morning Flowers

here's the Spreadsheet

So there are 4 weeks left. Still time to drop a good pound or two to get us ready for a svelte Christmas Smile

Not an easy time of the year, I know, because of all the various social events to navigate. But stay focused and concentrate on your ultimate goal for this Bootcamp every time you're about to pop something too carby in your mouth!

I hope you all have good results on the scales/with the tape measure, this morning - and here's to a good week ahead

To be honest, Shagme, what you do in your own time with Jake covered in butter is your own business 😉

moleeye · 01/12/2019 12:57

@KondoKonvert that really made me chuckle!

I've eaten loads more than I normally would the last two days, all low carb and some dark chocolate thrown in for good measure, but weighed the lowest I have this bootcamp today. I hate the whole "not eaten enough" advice but actually I think on this WOE if you haven't had enough fat or food you probably stall.

Of all the messages for me NOT to preview. Grin

Funny thing is, I don’t even know a Hake!

Ffs, now it works? Hmm

I agree, TamingToddler, but look at it this way—we’re not talking about eating too much, we’re talking about eating enough of what our bodies need.

After being on Weight Watchers as a teen in the 80s, when it was a requirement to eat Liver & Onions once a week, I’ve never subscribed to the low fat/calorie counting way of life, but recognise many many posters have been brainwashed by this. It’s quite a switch.

Right, time for prepping Jake hake.

Well, scales told me I gained 6lbs!! since Saturday.. that kebab might have been low carb but I'm guessing salt didn't agree with me?? Who knows but I've been good all week apart from that so I'm not taking it as real weight.. I also think my (real) period is due so maybe the extra weight is due to that?? Anyway, im going to weigh in on tuesday instead of tomorrow to give myself a chance to de-bloat!

I was in a coffee shop with a friend today and they were selling maple and pecan slices.. I can't tell you how much I've been craving pecan pie etc these past few weeks, partly my own fault as I plan on making pecan slices/cheese cake for Christmas so have been eyeing up loads of recipes 🤤
I was good though and told myself that I might have had a slip up yesterday but I needed to get straight back on track.. if I'd had the pecan slice then it would have been a slippery slope.. So I just drank my americano and told myself i can wait till Christmas to have my much longed for pecan slice. It will be much more satisfying by then.
Food today
L: Sunday at friends parents: roast beef, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, parsnip (I know parsnip isn't on plan but as I was faced with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puds, Sweet corn and carrots too which I dodged, I thought I could have a couple)
Cream coffee mid afternoon
D: bag of mixed salad leaves, half an avocado, parmesan shavings and peppered mackerel fillet.

Just realised I'd never posted on the thread Blush (would explain why it never appeared on my "Threads I'm on" Confused).

I was disappointed on Monday that I had STS at 12st 1lb for the 3rd week in a row - but yesterday finally broke through the stone barrier to 11st 13 3/4lb - and this morning was 11st 13lb Smile

I had green veggies and butter and cheese for dinner last night. Maybe steak for dinner tonight.
