Welcome!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you to confess all.

So we enter the infamous week 3. Along with week 4, these are the two weeks where you are very likely to see weight loss slow or stop altogether.

Don't panic!

This is entirely normal.

But, from now on, you can also decide if you want to continue with the strict approach of Bootcamp, or if you want to take a slightly more relaxed approach - Bootcamp Light. This means that you can incorporate some nuts/seeds, and some fruits - mainly berries. Alcohol can be introduced - moderately, and only those which are low carb.

Some people choose to stay on Bootcamp, others choose to do a hybrid, so Bootcamp during the week, and Bootcamp Light at the weekend.

The choice is yours - just keep a close eye on the scales/your measurements - or however you're choosing to monitor your progress.

Grin Thank you. But the wooosh was not expected mid-week, so that would have been spooooookily prescient.

Ah, yes, the gormless husband of Samantha. Even aged 7 I wondered what the point was.

Today's food: a bit shoddy. Purdah starts in under a week so a rush to get my low carb electricity decision published first. Which meant:

B: coffee (ran out of effing cream)
L: one apple, two macadamia nuts
D: just got home so will be a chicken leg then bed for me (bed is not to eat)

I have easily had 3 litres, as long as you count coffee.

I've struggled to get the water in today. I've got 3 kids under 6 and they are all at varying stages of a sickness bug. I put the youngest to bed at 6.10pm as she was miserable. She woke up at 7.35pm having vomited over her bed.

Still, I've stayed LC but something had to give so I've not managed much water. The night is not yet over though!!

rayna hope your yoga class was top trumps!

When we got new bedroom furniture I designed it so I have a 'pants drawer' and a 'sock drawer'. Admittedly the socks do need to be paired but nothing else goes in those drawers. Makes it so easy - open the pants drawer, get pants, put them on. No folding and rolling ala Kondo..

@destinysdaughter whizz it in a blender. Otherwise it's just oily yuk.

New recipe for dinner. Cheesy sausage and cabbage casserole . It was nice. A bit sloppy but good

It'll definitely be windy round these parts tonight though!

Tonight: smoked cod loin (poached in milk) with chilli ratatouille, and green beans par boiled and then fried in butter with the juice of half a lemon

Love Scarface! And that blue cheese mushroom and bacon pie will definitely be on the menu this week, if I can find coconut flour in this neck of the woods that is!

Only just dared to weigh after AF from hell involving way too much Gin and a strange craving for tomatoes don't thwack me I'm on week 6

Plus extremely skint, so been eating what's lurking in the cupboards.

And I've lost 1lb Grin Was expecting a gain tbh, so very happy. Now 12stone ,11lbs, very close to my first stone gone.

Great NSV too, my scruffy old trousers that lost their drawstring ages ago now slip down!

Bad news was I was in my local shop at the time.

Good news, I have perfected the penguin waddle.

Ok, I'm absolutely stuck at 13st 2 (today is day 11) and I'm going back to posting food to see what I'm doing wrong.

Yesterday:
B: 2 cold sausages with broccoli and mayo. Coffee with cream
L: 1-egg mayo in lettuce boats, 1 stick of celery with pate. Decaff with cream.
S: 2 slices cheese
D: baked salmon with buttered broccoli and sprouts.
S: about 30g home-roasted, salted pumpkin seeds
2l water, 0.5l herbal tea (1 with a splash of FF milk. It was rooibos, before you tell me I'm drinking it wrong).

I love all the pumpkins 🎃!

I finally made the broccoli and halloumi bake and although I bought thyme rather than oregano, it as delicious. Had it with steak and have leftovers for lunch today.

Morning all, this feels such such a positive place to nip into each day! Loving all the support.

Meal advice please - I've got a celeriac and swede dauphinoise which needs using today. But what to have with it...??
Things we have in :

  • duck breasts
  • lamb mince
  • frozen salmon fillets
  • chorizo
  • pork loin slices
  • broccoli
  • 4 mushrooms
(Had eggs snd sausage last night so don't fancy double!) But will also be passing all the shops so could get anything else!

Morning all!
So today is my birthday! Halloween Smile
Have a few things planned, may have a Chinese tonight but it will all be BC friendly if I do as I don't want to spoil anything by indulging in any unnecessary foods and tbh, I really don't fancy any cake etc!
I'm going to the pictures later and might take a pack of feta and olives, and maybe fry some chorizo at home and take that with me so I have something to pick at. Other than that, today isn't all about food! (I dont drink alcohol either so that doesn't matter) getting my hair cut later too which I'm excited about!
Oh! And just had to do a birthday weigh in and I'm a lb down since Monday Grin

Not sure what I'm going to eat today but it will all be BC friendly thats for sure.
Will update later.
