I would normally drop a link to the spreadsheet here, but for some reason I've had to request access to it Confused

So until someone else - or @AthelstaneTheUnready - can sort this, I'm afraid I'll just have to start the thread without the link.

Yeah! 2.2lbs down so 12lbs lost since the start. My appetite has pretty much disappeared and I'm only eating twice a day. Well done everyone keep going

Stayed the same this week, which means that I've still got the 'gained pound' from last week. However, by Thursday last week I'd put on another three pounds...which means that I've actually lost three since Friday, so at least the awful gain seems to be shifting now, which is good 😳

Updated spreadsheet, 1.8lbs off this week and 5.2lbs down since start of bootcamp. Not too shabby. Still 3lbs to go to my end of BC target of under 160lbs.

@oldbirdy me too, my veg intake has gone down a bit lately. Decided this morning to weigh my veg and aim for the 5 a day portion size of 80g for each type. It just takes so much time to prepare good food, and when we're all working such long hours these days it's really challenging.
My downfall is a combination of not planning enough in advance, (working too many hours), and my immediate local shops being lacking in quality vegetables. There is a wonderful greengrocers in the town I used to live in about 23 miles away, which I go to whenever I can, so I binge lots of lovely veg for a few days once every so often!
Overslept this am so will weigh in tomorrow. I'm a daily weigher so I know I've not lost anything this week, but am feeling so well and energised, that I don't really care anymore.

Thanks for sorting the spreadsheet ladies! And thanks BIWI for the new thread. Well done on the losses everyone and hope you can go for it again before your holiday redpanda.

1.8lbs off for me now and a total of 13.3 since start of BC so tantalisingly close to the stone mark! I’m really pleased and still enjoying this woe. I’m determined to be next year’s cherries Grin How many times do I do this and let mulled down though? Somehow this one seems different. I’ve lost just under 2 stone in total now and still have another 4 to go so am very determined this time. We can do this! We deserve it.

Thanks @BIWI for your comment on BPC, I hadn't really thought of that, just that it seemed easier than preparing breakfast. I might stick to it the days that I'm running late for work and no time to boil eggs etc.

Well I've taken the plunge and signed up at a 10k in September so that should make me get out and run more (currently doing 3 runs a week but would like do to 4).

I'll update the spreadsheet in the morning as it doesn't work on my phone

Feeling positive. 2 off today which is 12lbs so far. Definitely doing better with high fat foods although it is my biggest challenge. I actually find eating enough fat harder than cutting the carbs.

Evening all. 5 pages already!
I weigh on a Tuesday morning so will post tomorrow.
Just wanted to say the quick breakfast or lunch that I really like is my lettuce ‘sandwich’. I use either sweet romaine or ruby gem and take 4 same size leaves, butter them, add wafer thin smoked ham to one leaf, a little cheese ( goats or ewes for me), a bit of garlic mayo (stokes), spring onion or cucumber and put the second leaf on top. Cut each in half and eat like a sandwich. Brilliantly quick and portable and I find them quite filling.

I make frittata muffins and hard boiled eggs at the weekend, so they are ready to grab for breakfast.

Had a lovely dinner tonight-half a bag of stir fry veg sautéed with mushrooms, sliced roast beef strips, and a sauce of peanut butter, lemon juice and tamari with a dash of chilli.

ShagMeRiggins I am happy to report my pudenda is much less like a plump parson's nose than it was. I did try to come up with a simile for what it is like now but suffered a total brain crash in the attempt.

Neither do I, Sayrra! But it wouldn't let anyone in again - Googledocs have been updating their settings and I wonder if they haven't buggered it up somehow so it reverts again every day. I'll check again first thing tomorrow to see if it's done it again.
