Morning all. Very excited to hear the final scores!

Here's the Spreadsheet for its last outing this Bootcamp

We'll keep this chat thread going, and when it finishes, we'll start a new one so that we can keep the support going until next Bootcamp.

Grah0SoontobeaFatty · 03/08/2017 15:50

Had a thought.

If anyone is heading to London or other town center for a visit.

Put your date in here, see if anyone else is around for "Tea @ {Tiffany's}".

If anyone says yes, pm each other the real details and have a fun hour or 2. Can be completely spur of the moment or long time plan.

Even a group Bravissimo shopping trip. ( I won't be going even if I lived there, 2.5 hours in there last time was too much even for my A-cup SIL Smile ).

Mrsmartell08 · 03/08/2017 18:07

Can anyone link to the bootcamp rules please?
I've checked old threads and can't find anything.....

Distractotron · 03/08/2017 18:08

Grah - that's a brilliant idea, something I can keep in my head when it's horrible weather 😊thanks!
I cycled to work today, the end 10 mins is a big hill and I already had legs like jelly and had had to get off and walk 😂had a nice shower in the staff facilities (I work at a hospital) and felt knackered all day. But I freewheeled down the hill on the way home and it was FUN!
Cheese omelette for breakfast;
Leftover beef in creamy mushroom sauce and mashed root veg with butter for lunch;
and DP currently making me a salad with more beef and some bacon I think. I've got wine too, bit of a cheat but I'm off work til next Sunday now and have just got a new job so time to celebrate I think!

Distractotron · 03/08/2017 18:10

I'd love a Bravissimo trip, group or not! Don't have any near me. Grah - are they good? Think my nearest is Leeds.

wombattoo · 03/08/2017 18:32

Mrsmartell Have a look at BIWI's opening post. There is a link to the spreadsheet and at the bottom of the spreadsheet are tabs containing all the info you need. Welcome Smile

wombattoo · 03/08/2017 18:37

Distract my friend uses Bravissamo and constantly sings their praises. She won't go anywhere else now.

wombattoo · 03/08/2017 18:39

Heman I agree that you have beautiful eyes. An usual colour.

Mrsmartell08 · 03/08/2017 18:40

Thank you
I lost 20lbs fairly easily a few years ago by low carbing but then got gallstones:(
(Not related btw!)
Would like to lose 20lbs again ideally

Mandelinka · 03/08/2017 18:42

Had a busy but ok day at work ( nice to have a day without any drama for a change), got home early and have my feet up.
I feel I might be getting a head cold so made myself mint tea with drop of honey.

Food today
B: fast until 3.30
L: big bowl of veg ( broccoli, green greens, carrot), meatzza
D: tuna+cream cheese spread, romaine lettuce, pepper. Rest of meatzza

1 soy late, 2 green teas, 2 l water

Mimosa1 · 03/08/2017 20:23

Hi everyone, I've sadly got to drop off for the next month or so, as I need to drop the uric acid in my bloodstream quite quickly. It's only temporary so will be reporting back for the next BC. I've loved this WOE and will be back!
Best of luck to John l

Mimosa1 · 03/08/2017 20:24

To everyone! Not sure where John came from on The autocomplete

ilovecherries · 03/08/2017 20:28

distractotron, Bravissimo are brilliant. I haven't gone anywhere else since about 1998. I dragged my daughter there the minute M&S tried to fit a 36A onto her size 8 body. She came out of bravissimo in a 30E. All I need to do now is convince my tiny mum that she isn't a 38B and my work is done.

ilovecherries · 03/08/2017 21:21

I'm wearing a path back and forward to the dressmaker having clothes altered. She's a total gem. I just have too many decent clothes I bought last year from places like Poetry, Wrap and Boden when I had decided I had to start liking myself fat to chuck them out. But rather than wearing big floaty things she has not only taken them in but shaped them better to my body. I look SO much better. I took in a suitcase of clothes and she advised on things that have the flexibility be taken apart and remade, so we are saving them for when I'm nearer goal, and others that aren't going to be so forgiving and I am having these done right now. However, I treated myself to a silver grey sweater dress in Sainsbury's tonight in a size 16! 10 weeks ago a supermarket 22 was tight.

MOIST · 03/08/2017 21:28

Evening all.
I've been going backwards and jumping on my skates. I have muscles hurting where I didn't know I had them.

FinallyHere · 04/08/2017 00:11

Morning all

Thank you YoLo for organising our meet up. I'd really like to be there, but have just signed myself up for a walking holiday which would take me away from 9th - 17th September. Never been so disappointed to have booked a holiday. There is some concern that there will not be sufficient interest for that trip to run, so it may yet be cancelled so I could join you after all. Fingers crossed. NamasteBitches

RaininSummer · 04/08/2017 10:43

Hoorah scales moved a little bit. I may see a new stone number in a week or two, so exciting. I have a stone and a half to get back to my meeting oh weight. He was noir a good influence on the waistline.

starsky22 · 04/08/2017 10:48

Morning all, I'm not sure I'm a meet up kind of person, but more likely to go to a London one, if brave enough!

Was going to do some exercise this morning, but can't get motivated.

Yesterday's food:
B almond latte
L chicken curry, saag paneer & green beans
D fry up! Sausages, bacon, field mushroom & fried egg

ilovecherries · 04/08/2017 11:24

After my big whoosh last week to throw myself under the line to see 13 stone on the scales, I've stubbornly stayed at 13.13 all week. But I'm looking and feeling good, although out of the blue last night I wanted bread. Don't get cravings often, and didn't give in to it but it was very compelling!

ilovecherries · 04/08/2017 20:13

NSV. The Hermes man has just been. I'd ordered a couple of things (cotton cardigans and jeggings) in the uniqlo sale. I had no expectation of them fitting, but they do! A whole new shopping opportunity :)

L238 · 04/08/2017 20:22

Great NSV Ilove
Thoroughly enjoyed my posh treat meal on Weds, lots of it was naturally LC but I did have a few spoons of biriyani and some naan bread as well as a few bites of pudding. I enjoyed what I ate but luckily it doesn't seem to have triggered carb cravings or bloating. Happily back on LCHF since. My weight is up a bit as expected but I know how to manage it.
Another big party tomorrow but that should be ok as it's a BBQ & salads. Although I do have to bake stuff to take, need to work on not licking the bowl!

Grah0SoontobeaFatty · 04/08/2017 20:26

ilovecherries Well done for not succumbing to the bread.

After a whoosh I tend to stick or even creep up a little for a few days and then drop a little.

STS isn't a bad thing after a whoosh, I look at it as a storage issue, body whooshes out the water only fat cells, then moves the half fat ones to make all fat ones, but tops the empties with water. Then over the next little while goes Bollocks to carrying this cell of water and evaporates it out in smelly breath. don't know it that is true but by the time I beginning to doubt myself the scale has moved to a new number and I back feeling good.

Distractotron
Soon that's going to be a great NSV. When you get to the halfway point up the hill and then to the top. Remember to change gears early as to not screw the cog and overstretch the chain.
Lucky you having the shower, I have to use the single occupant toilet sink for the submariner wash.

Also if you are going to ride everyday get yourself fitted on the bike properly. Saves a lot of pain, I used a website that told me different things to measure on the body, i.e leg, torso arm length etc to properly size the bike to me. felt strange first ride or 3 but now is so easy on the knees and back.

Grah0SoontobeaFatty · 04/08/2017 20:31

RaininSummer Congratulations

Bibs2014 · 04/08/2017 20:42

Cherries - I just invented a new word after reading your post: shopportunity Grin

MOIST · 04/08/2017 21:11

I've not been shopping or planning well.

Today......

B. Cream coffee
L. Scrambled egg, with marscapone and a chicken breast.
D. Cheese. And peanut butter.
S. Peanuts.

Shocking.
And I fear the chicken was slightly past it's best.
