I'm trying on shorts and not sure I've got the bottle to wear them on the school run. Back to a floaty dress me thinks. I'm down half a pound since Monday, weighing at my usual time. But still a few more to lose before I'll be comfy in these shorts. I'm almost half way to my final target, less than a stone to go.
Went to the gym, had pork crackling and creamy coffee.
Lunch of yoghurt, cream and lemon.
Chorizo and eggs with veggies for dinner.
Yesterday I had yoghurt and raspberries with creamy coffee x 2
Olives, prosciutto, mozzarella and salad
Cup of tea with cream
No dinner as I fell asleep!
