Shitty day at work and two more stressy days of trips out with my students coming up, struggling with what to take for packed lunch both dsys so did buy two protein rolls from Lidl, thought I'd have them with egg mayo and salad. Can take little sausages olives and some feta to snack on.

L. Chicken, salad, peppers with pate and tuna salad
D. Courgette and Bolognese with loads of veg in it. Bit of carrot but that's ok I Think, it was a tiny scrap.
Right, TMI but I don't know who else to ask. I've had a few very erm loose days. I notice it's after either wine or when I have had feel chocolate.
Have I created a monster? It's never happened before. Really felt terrible, cramps, toilet trips the lot.
