Morning all

Here's the spreadsheet - sorry to keep you all waiting!

So we have four full weeks before our final weigh-in - still time to lose half a stone if you stick at it.

Food today
1pm - yogurt and cream
2:30pm - protein roll, halloumi. Peanut butter.

Am totally shattered for some reason, only 6 hours at work today but I was up at 5:15am for it. Did the food shop after.
Got to take DS1 to an open evening for his secondary school this evening.

Carb cravings really do come with tiredness... I have had some Pep pills instead of cake with my coffee.

So, yesterday I had:

L - Salad of spinach, tomatoes, olives, cucumber, pepper and sliced chicken, olive oil and sage; Onken yoghurt with double cream
S - 5 rice cakes (yes, I know, but I was getting paranoid about the ring being stuck in my throat and knowing something bulky could get down it helped)
D - Random pie of linked sausage, square sausage, mushrooms and onion with a whole tub of cream cheese and a splash of milk. DP's portion had all the potato topping. I also had some courgette with it.

C4 hoping to hear good news from you soon. xxx

PS No sign of the ring!

I am in tears at the outpouring of love on our thread, thank you so much. It was necessary to give my lungs a rest. I actually got to the stage in the early hours of this morning where I just wanted anything to stop the feeling of being starved of oxygen.
I've had a good rest and when DH gets here they will put me back onto my own ventilator and if that goes ok a trial on 6litres of oxygen. Cross your peperamis and channel your namaste bitches for the next hour.

Flowers for c4 it's amazing you're so positive with everything you're going though. I hope things improve.
Shitty day at work and two more stressy days of trips out with my students coming up, struggling with what to take for packed lunch both dsys so did buy two protein rolls from Lidl, thought I'd have them with egg mayo and salad. Can take little sausages olives and some feta to snack on.
B. Yogurt
L. Chicken, salad, peppers with pate and tuna salad
D. Courgette and Bolognese with loads of veg in it. Bit of carrot but that's ok I Think, it was a tiny scrap.

Right, TMI but I don't know who else to ask. I've had a few very erm loose days. I notice it's after either wine or when I have had feel chocolate.
Have I created a monster? It's never happened before. Really felt terrible, cramps, toilet trips the lot.

Right you lot better not leave me hanging, make me look like the weirdo who randomly mentions poo.

Youcantscaremeihavechildren - for me there's a link between sugar and very loose stools. Not that my doctor agrees, mind!

And don't worry, if you wish me to take the poo attention off you, I'm still looking for the ring I swallowed on Monday! It's not fun!!!

Is it low carb chocolate? I know sometimes they add weird ingredients which I've read give you those sort of problems.

I've stuck to it today but am really struggling. Was annoyed as I haven't struggled like this in quite a while but realised period is due on Friday and so this is the dreaded PMT. Its that feeling of being totally unsatisfied, probably because I'm craving sugar so much too.

I suspect I might only be eating ice cream or something tomorrow!

B: Butchered Eggs on low carb toast with pepper
L: Chicken Salad & Cherry Sorbet
D: Not sure yet, as I don't fancy anything that isn't a chocolate bar.....

Jim you inspired me to get back to spinning today. I used to go 1-2 / wk before Bootcamp. Last time (I think in week 2 or 3) I felt like I was really struggling but it was great tonight. I'm calling that an NSV. Need to avoid any carb creep this weekend and hopefully stay fat adapted then increase exercise. I've been v lazy but tonight showed me I can do it
