Morning campers!

Here's the spreadsheet

Some good losses reported already this morning!

Four weeks left, so we could still see a good half stone disappear if we're vigilant.

The hot weather looks like it's disappearing this week, so hopefully anyone still struggling with water retention should find some relief.

But good luck to us all

kleptotronic the first one!

Naschkatze · 30/06/2017 19:42

I'm really hungry and craving something bad... pizza or cheese toastie. Argh. Can't even make anything at the moment because baby won't be put down. Tips for something very quick and tasty I can make the moment he falls asleep?!

Food today:
B - scrambled eggs, topped with berries and a spoon of yoghurt. Weird, but I'm quite enjoying 'sweet' eggs at the moment. Creamy coffee
L/D - Fried halloumi, large garlic mushroom, bacon, avocado and salad.

I know I'm hungry because I haven't eaten very much and probably not enough fat. Drinking more water as that's the only option right now. Please send LC treats!

HemanOrSheRa · 30/06/2017 19:44

Would you like me to feed you a slice of my fathead pizza Nasch? Grin

Naschkatze · 30/06/2017 19:45

Yes! Grin

HemanOrSheRa · 30/06/2017 19:48

hippadoppaloppagorillapig · 30/06/2017 19:57

Pork scratchings Nasch! Or can you eat some ham & cheese slices? You could totally cut cheese with a baby attached. I did, loads, haha.

Klepto I like the red or the top & skirt outfit, but tuck the top in.

Naschkatze · 30/06/2017 20:11

I need to learn to keep pork scratchings in stock!

Can fathead pizza be frozen for such emergencies?!

I've just eaten the leftover halloumi. That should keep me going a bit longer!

Cathy you look gorgeous

Bibs2014 · 30/06/2017 20:26

Wow that dress looks AMAZING on you Cathy! Where is it from? I want one!!

cabbage67 · 30/06/2017 20:29

OMG Bibs I am drooling at these

Naschkatze · 30/06/2017 20:48

Crisis averted: courgetti, cream cheese and last tiny bit of pesto. Almost spiralized my finger in the rush to get it done before DS woke up again. Obviously this is the day he stays asleep.
Plus cooked sausages, ate 1 and the others will make good snacks/breakfast over the weekend.

It didn't really satisfy the cravings! I think I'd better go to bed before I eat more.

HemanOrSheRa · 30/06/2017 21:01

Ooh Bibs I caught a glimpse of those sausage rolls when I was following the recipe for the pizza base. I was a bit Confused when I was mixing it up but as I started to roll it I was surprised at how stable it is. I'm definitely going to make the Fat Head nachos Smile.

Need to catch up with the thread, but wanted to post about my NSV. Went out for dinner last night for the first time since starting bootcamp (I'm only in week 2) and didn't have wine or pudding and stuck to low carb - had suckling pork with veg! Didn't even eat all my meal as I was full, but nicely full rather than the usual stomach busting full. It was a revelation that I can stick to this woe and still go out and have a nice meal. Usually a meal out would mean either a boring salad or eating too much and ruining the diet.

Even though I stuck to low carb, I was expecting to have put on weight this morning, but I hadn't! Still getting used to being able to eat such yummy food and lose weight!

Today:
B - 3 chipolatas & fried egg
L - chicken & spinach omlette
D - pork with creamy mushroom & bacon sauce, runner beans and celeriac mash

C4pinkwheels · 30/06/2017 22:18

Made my first fat head pizza - oh my giddy aunt what have I been missing. Friday night is pizza night in my house and I haven't joined in for about four years but I think I might be back in the game. it's huge, enough for about four meals for me. Here is a pre and post cooking pic for you to drool over.

C4 - high five on the epic fathead pizza!

OldBooks · 30/06/2017 22:27

I bought fathead pizza ingredients today. Tomorrow I shall be trying it!

starsky22 · 30/06/2017 22:34

All caught up, so much going on!

Scooby Massive congrats, lovely news! The gap between my two is about 2.5yrs, it was a bit crazy at first, but it gets easier and they are now old enough to play together and entertain each other which is great. P.S Happy birthday!

ilovecherries and style - well done on KOKO on holiday!

C4 hope the antibiotics are now doing their stuff, can't believe that with everything you have to deal with, you also have to deal with all that crap from the GP practice!

Cleareyes Sorry to hear what you are going through, sounds like you have put a lot of effort into trying to make it work so whatever happens you should be proud of yourself for that Flowers

Ada Hope the interview went well!

Cathy Dress looks gawgeous!

Klep I like the red, but guessing you are already out now, so which one did you go for?!

HemanOrSheRa · 30/06/2017 22:51

I made the fat head pizza for the first time tonight C4. It's epic, isn't it?!

I ate half of it Blush. Not all at once. Two slices for an early dinner then a slice a bit later on.

styledilemma · 30/06/2017 22:56

ugh.
I've just made a flaxseed loaf that smells fishy.
I get what you're on about now.
What's that all about?

I can only conclude that it's the combination of flaxseed and ground almonds that's caused this.
In the past I have substituted ground almonds for ground (ground myself with a pestle and mortar) macadamia nuts and it's worked out just fine. No fishy smell or taste.
Back to the macadamia nuts it is then.

MOIST · 30/06/2017 23:00

I'm home. Escaped early. I have overdone the red wine a bit.
Dinner was mushroom and mozzarella tarts. I scooped out the middle. Then chicken wrapped in prosciutto. I didn't eat the dauphinois or carrots.
And then I blew it and ate the top of 2 cheesecakes. The first sugar I've had for bloody weeks.

My guts are not happy.

hippadoppaloppagorillapig · 30/06/2017 23:14

starsky that's great. I've found I don't really get "hungry" or "full" on this WOE. It's easy to stop when I've had enough and I don't get that crazy hunger any more.

MOIST just draw a line under it lovely.

ClearEyesFullHearts · 30/06/2017 23:38

I agree, MOIST, draw a line.

You didn't snort meth or anything. Wink

StuntNun · 01/07/2017 06:23

It's all a learning curve Moist, it's so important to learn how to deal with these situations because they will keep happening. The best thing you can do is get straight back on track. But do decide what went wrong and what you can do next time. Did you fall into the trap of "I've been good so I can have..."? Or was it simply temptation?

Mandelinka · 01/07/2017 07:22

AF has arrived 3 days ago and I've been a bit off my food. I also felt all jittery and overwhelmed. It is most likely due to stress at work and some health issues in the family.
My food was pretty much the same over the last 2 days.
B: egg mayo dip, radishes, pepper, 1/2 Lidl protein bun
L: bolognese with minced pork, mushrooms, celery and shirataki noodles.
D: soup - celery, broccoli, spinach, carrot. 1/2 Lidl protein bun
S: 1 creamy coffee, 1 late, ff yoghurt with chopped nectarine

Water intake has been shocking, about 2 l max. This needs to improve over the weekend. I also get hormonal migraines with my AF so today is day 3 of headache and I am a bit fed up. Off to do some breathing to calm myself down before DS and DH wake up.
