I know! Doesn't time fly when you're having fun? Wink

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation!

Remember, week 4 is, like week 3, a time when weight loss tends to be pretty slow, if not non-existent. KOKO and persevere, and things will get going again soon.

But not if you cheat! Whilst many of you have been very honest about your transgressions, just remember that this WOE is not a very forgiving one. It's not like a calorie-controlled diet, where you can compensate for one 'bad' day with a 'good' one. As some of you have already found out the hard way!

ilovecherries I had to google keto itch after you mentioned it and turned out the two itchy areas ( near belly button and armpit) are not insect bites but most likely keto rash/itch. Took a picture if anybody interested...Wink
I feel really sore after my yesterday's Shred, I am sure I didn't suffer this much last time round. Will try to do another session later today

cathyandclare · 18/06/2017 16:48

Definitely thinner oldbooks
Sayrra you have inspired me to book on a beginner pole class next Sunday...wish me luck!
The dinner part was lovely, the prawns were a great call. Had left over lamb in a salad this lunch. Supper will be a chorizo and pepper frittata.

Ive been hauling stone slabs around all day, so am expecting to have arms like Jennifer Aniston by tomorrow Grin

SayrraT · 18/06/2017 16:59

Woohoo! I hope you enjoy it cathy I'll warn you that moving the next day might be difficult!

hippadoppaloppagorillapig · 18/06/2017 17:01

Namaste Bitches!! We had a BBQ today and it was so bootcamp friendly - chicken souvlaki, marinaded in greek yoghurt with peppers and mushrooms, homemade kebabs with no nasties, homemade cheddar & onion burgers, heck sausages, grilled halloumi, grilled beef tomatoes, sweetcorn cobettes (I passed on these), bacon and a shedload of salad! Strawberries and clotted cream or greek yoghurt for afters. Was delicious and I'm sooooo stuffed.

MOIST · 18/06/2017 17:01

I think maybe the Namaste Bitches might have to do the great north run with you C4.

I'm up for a gentle plod in the north if anyone else is.

wombattoo · 18/06/2017 17:02

C4 I am a hard old boot but your post has brought tears to my eyes. I would gladly turn up and walk it with you Thanks

Sayrra you look as though you had lost more than in a stone in those pics. The change is dramatic. Well done.

Jim Well done on getting on the programme.

Oldbooks I agree with others, you can def see a change in your pics.

Welcome Roses Thanks

Peace and love Thanks

C4pinkwheels · 18/06/2017 17:24

I see t-shirts sponsored by Netmums with Namestebitches on the front and MyFatCanPissRightOff on the back.

I'm so touched that anyone would even think I was worth turning up for, my self esteem has been through a mangle and my biggest disability is the crushing loneliness I feel thanks to being unceremoniously dumped by my friends because I was struggling with coming to terms with what happened to me. I didn't lose the ability to work, walk and be me I lost my life. But my sense of humour survived.

YoLoZammo · 18/06/2017 17:30

Oh crap, I've got something in my eye. C4 I'd be honoured to cheer you over the finish line in 2019. May even try the route myself. Now there is a goal!!!!

Veryflummoxed · 18/06/2017 17:32

Old books definately caving in at the side.

Ready well done 👍

You are all fantastic

And BIWI shouting "don't eat the pizza"from your SILs really made me laugh.

SAyrraT. I think you having a positive body image is brilliant. I think you do see yourself as you really are (and remember we've seen the pictures). Two things I can think of to encourage you to continue to eat this way are
1 To prevent weight gain
2 weight loss now , while not necessary to your present health, may help you to maintain your flexibility, agility, stamina etc long into the future.

After writing this saw your new pics. Fantastic

On another note, for those who have stalled, maybe posting lots of their plate will help others advise if their portions are too big.

I did this a lot last boot camp. It also helped me to eat less as I dished up smaller portions knowing everyone was going to see my plate and rarely ate seconds as I was trying to accurately show the portions I was eating for feed back

Blimey I'm only up to 11 45 this morning. Got to go will catch up more later.

Fortunatepiggy · 18/06/2017 17:41

I've been on Holiday in Devon all week but resisted the cream tea and opted for picnics with cheese and celery and bbqs in the evening. I have had 2 ice creams though so was convinced i had undone all the good work but am 2 pounds less than when I left so v happy with that! Lots of walking and sweating in this heat obviously helped!

YoLoZammo · 18/06/2017 17:43

Sayrra I wondered if in your head you were comparing yourself to the heavier you, and therefore you now feel great? Because you haven't got a point of reference as a slim person to compare how you feel with. But when you get to a slimmer state in the future, then you will probably be comparing yourself to how you are now and saying how much better you feel compared to that. Iyswim. Confused. It's all about context.
If I look in the mirror now, I'm happy because a month ago I was fatter. But if I look in the mirror in another months time, then I will be saying that I wasn't happy with my body a month ago (ie now) because I'm happier then. Assuming I do lose weight of course, dear God let it be true.

OldBooks · 18/06/2017 17:46

Namaste Bitches t-shirts and an honour guard walking alongside C4. Definitely up for that!

Sayrra thanks when you put the pics like that I can see the difference. Your pics look fab btw

PlymouthMaid1 · 18/06/2017 17:49

C4 you sound amazing and I am sad that your previous friends couldnt see that. X

JiminnyCricket · 18/06/2017 17:58

I'll be there with bells on and I'll walk the fucker with you.

You'll be able to spot the bootcampers at the finish line, we'll be the skinny ones necking tubs of double cream Grin

C4pinkwheels · 18/06/2017 18:07

Plymouth it still makes me cry, I had a close group of friends who were like family. My girlfriends were only interested in one thing - why didn't I text them and when would I be walking again. They made no allowances and couldn't see my suffering, it's why I rarely go out in my village. Fear of bumping into them.

Oldbooks guard of honour great idea - salami, catheters or sex toys??

#namastebitches #myfatcanpissrightoff

C4pinkwheels · 18/06/2017 18:10

Jiminny Oh yes but by then you will be able to run the fucker and then walk with the rest of us from day 2

CaptainBraandPants · 18/06/2017 18:34

ready I missed you photo last time, but well done on fitting into the jeans. You've got lovely legs.
boldly well done. Haven't been bra-less since I was about 12! Clear GrinGrin
Oldbooks well done, you have done a good thing.
Stunt yes, I've got thinner wrist, too. My watch was getting too tight, but its slightly loose now.
C4 looks like we've got a BC meet up for 2019, then. I think a guard of honour of sex toys and cream sounds about right. let's get our priorities right. Grin

Ditched the roast tonight in favour of a big salad with fried halloumi, prawns, avocado and cheese. Lovely. This weather certainly knocks the appetite completely. My youngest DS has eaten about one round of bread today and that's it!

sheepysheep · 18/06/2017 19:03

Wow C4, kudos to you. I did the GNR last year fuelled by meat, cheese and double cream and it worked a treat - no sickly gels or energy drinks required! I would love to join the pom pom wielding fat fuelled posse and do it with you - if all the namastebitches turn up we will clear the shelves of extra thick double cream in every supermarket on Tyneside! I'm sorry to hear your "friends" were such bastards. I've a friend who is quadraplegic and he said the same thing happened to him. People can be really shitty.
stunt I too now have lady like wrists and fingers (all my rings fly off and I'm lazy so haven't got them resized!). It's funny though because if I eat carbs my fingers puff up quite noticeably within a couple of hours.

MOIST · 18/06/2017 19:04

I need a small moan.

I have chub rub. Shock

I have ordered 2 pairs of sloggi 'comfort shorts'

Sweet lord what is the world coming to.

I'm brighter news I am cooking fathead pizza. Hurrah for hflc!!!

dustmotesinthesun · 18/06/2017 19:11

My wrists are also slimming. I have lovely wrists so this is very pleasing to me Grin

About to have more aubergine fried with almond flour. It was so good the other day. You all have to try it. Just dip them in egg then in almond flour with garlic powder and s+p. You can also add parmesan. Fry for a few minutes on each side. Or something. It's obvious when they're done.

I really need to try fathead pizza but I'm still scared it'll give me a heart attack Blush

Chub rub is the worst. Apparently the creams available really help. Deoderant is an option too. Never tried it though.

CaptainBraandPants · 18/06/2017 19:16

MOIST so do I and those shorts work a treat.

ilovecherries · 18/06/2017 19:19

The Big Bloomers company saved my thighs. I wore dresses all summer last year. Tried all the creams/gels etc but I seem to rub them off in 5 mins. I did think I'd reached a new low till my size 10 daughter bought some as well, and loved them. Apparently even slender women have the problem.

Asmoto · 18/06/2017 19:22

Yes, I was determined to get my Sunday walk in despite the heat and came back with chub rub! Massaging it with aloe vera gel at the moment.

StuntNun · 18/06/2017 19:27

C4 what a horrendous story, it must be so difficult to deal with the change in your circumstances. That's terrible about your friends not standing by you. It seems that a lot of people just can't deal with serious illness in their friends. I have a very close friend who has secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and she has been texting me a lot lately. What you have said makes me wonder whether she is experiencing the same thing. You have such amazing determination to do the Great North Run, I'm sure you're going to manage it.

feekerry · 18/06/2017 19:29

Marking my place for a very strict and successful remaining bc.
I have lacked motivation big style this time which is ridiculous as I go on holiday in 5 weeks so need to get on with it. Can't seem to manage more than 3 or 4 days and I just fall off the wagon which is pathetic as the woe isn't exactly restrictive Angry
So I will do and post the weigh of shame tomorrow and will endeavour to post my meals which should help me stay on tracks. May do the pics as well as I look 8 months preggers when I eat carbs so want to see the difference in my stomach x
