So our last week! Here's the Spreadsheet for its penultimate outing

One more week could see another couple of pounds off.

Fingers crossed, and good luck! Flowers

Well if the Spreadsheet says Yes ... Grin

Kleptronic · 17/04/2017 09:42

SayrraT I'm 5ft 9 and 157lb. I'm an apple shape so it's all on my tum. I'm a 12 in some shops (like Marksis, Warehouse), a 14 in others (Coast/Oasis).

I keep waiting for my waist to go down but man it is stubborn. I'm losing it off my legs and arse which don't need it!

Kleptronic · 17/04/2017 09:44

Yes please another week! I womanfully made, served and ignored roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and tiramisu yesterday! I Want Another Week!

Kleptronic · 17/04/2017 09:47

I had braised celeriac and celery. It was ok I suppose. if I'd known it was the last weigh in I'd've probably eaten some of that tiramisu. And put yesterdays's weight on the spreadsheet. Grin

CaptainBraandPants · 17/04/2017 09:47

BIWI you giveth and you taketh away, then giveth again. Grin Yay to another week.
Sayrra I suspect you are significantly taller than me, you certainly carry it well.
Piss I'm an apple, so don't have a waist Sad
Why Have you got a food processor? You could just whiz up a big batch and store in fridge or freezer. As Kleptronic said, I think it all has potato starch in.
Well done Kleptronic. I just had to ignore the roasties and cheesecake yesterday. Had lovely mashed cauli and sauteed leeks which almost made up for it.

SayrraT · 17/04/2017 10:03

Grin I always add a week or two on as quite often people continue to use the spreadsheet for tracking.

captain I'm 5ft 7 so yep taller than you. I'm also appley shaped but I think I'm ok with that. I like my legs Smile

kleptronic well done on that willpower!

Thanks everyone with their comments on weight and size, I think then my aim is realistic. I think I can be size 12 ish and weigh around 12 stone. We will see Grin

Kleptronic · 17/04/2017 10:20

Thanks guys Halo I feel so smug I'm making myself nauseous!

So we're doing one more week then yeah? Yeah? Go on BIWI say it, do, I need to hear it from The Big Stickery!

BIWI · 17/04/2017 10:39

It would appear we are!!!

But let's stay on this thread.

Huzzah!

ASDismynormality · 17/04/2017 10:44

Great it's carrying on for another week!

I was hoping to lose 30lbs in bootcamp and I did it - 30.25lbs gone!
I have attached my chart and hope it keeps going down.
This really has worked so well, thanks BIWI

Nice one ASD, that is a truly inspiring loss. I'm glad you're pleased.

SayrraT · 17/04/2017 11:16

That is wonderful ASD you must feel fantastic StarGrin

ASDismynormality · 17/04/2017 11:20

Thanks , I do feel much better - this WOE works for me! I still have a long way to go - started at 21st13.75lbs am now 18st9.5lbs and will one day get down to 11st7lbs.

BIWI · 17/04/2017 11:23

Brilliant, ASD Flowers

I'm glad that you're feeling so well too - low carbing has so much more to offer beyond just weight loss, although obviously I know we're all here for the weight loss.

I'm somewhere around 160 pounds. Dress size 12, tops are a 12 and trousers a 14. I'm pear shaped

Feel positive today and back on track. I had kipper for breakfast with butter and some carrot sticks.

Whyarethebestnamestaken · 17/04/2017 12:30

Captain, I don't have a processor but could grate a big load by hand as I didn't realise I could freeze it!

I have lost a couple of pounds over the last few days, maybe courtesy of the flaxseed bread and flaxseed pizza I had but not sure.

I am now 145lb and 5' 6" and a 12 on top and a flabby 14 on the bottom! Only got a few more to go and need to stick with it.

Any info on low carb BBQ sauce for ribs?

Hesdeadjim · 17/04/2017 15:46

Hey hey :)

Yesterday was a right off and I felt awful. Almost hung over? I reckon it was the sugar. I actually vomited Blush.

Anyway today was a new day. Just been out for lunch with the inlaws and had pork belly and asked not to have the potatoes etc and had a creamy coffee instead of pudding, determined not to feel like I did yesterday ever ever again!

BIWI · 17/04/2017 15:55

@Hesdeadjim - a few years ago, driving back from a long weekend in France, I joined in the general sweet-eating going on in the car - consumed the most part of a bag of Haribo. And the consequences were awful - terrible stomach ache and rampant diarrhoea.

I had no idea that this could happen with excessive sugar consumption! But I learnt not to do that again Blush

Yeay, best possible news. I am so not ready for this boot camp to end.

One more bonus week then...I think I'll have a go back at the original boot camp rules to try and knock the creeping carbs on the head. I desperately want to hit my target weight of 11stone, and can't imagine achieving it without you lot.

I am 5ft9, hourglass shaped and now about 11st 5. I hit fourteen stone last year, and was 13st 4 when I started low carbing at the end of January. I was wearing mostly 16s with a few 14/18 items, but now I'm pretty confident when I go to try a 12 on. The downside is my boobs...I've been a 34g for years and bras have always been my luxury item, so I have loads of really expensive ones. And now they don't fit Shock.

marioncole · 17/04/2017 20:40

Just checking in because I want to join your next boot camp. I'm going to start low-carbing tomorrow, I know it works for me but I also know I struggle for willpower after a week or so and I will need boot camp help.

nekobus · 17/04/2017 21:30

Fantastic ASD! Inspiring Smile
Such good results in this bootcamp- reminds me that it works when you follow the rules (and clearly doesn't when you don't Blush)

Sayrra you look great at 16 stone 👍

Easter can go take a running jump I'm so fed up of being surrounded by chocolate!!! The kids must have done about 10 egg hunts between them (school, nursery, pre-school, beavers etc) every club/activity seemed to end in more chocolate!)

I really, really want to give LC another go. Not sure what I need to do to get back into it. I was considering doing the 8 week blood sugar diet to kind of kick start me with a shock to the system - thoughts? Anyone tried it?

SayrraT · 17/04/2017 22:24

www.weightandthings.com/

You need to try this, apparently I've lost the equivalent of 100 blueberry muffins or 20 kittens or 28 snorkel masks Grin

Mollii · 17/04/2017 22:27

Marioncole I have started again today. Im doing low carb/paleo as I dont eat dairy at all. Lost 2 stone over a year ago and stablised but started eating too many carbs over Christmas and gradually have seen half a stone creep on. Not happy at all.

greengoose21 · 17/04/2017 22:50

SayrraT I've got 2 multipacks of fizzy water in the kitchen that are equivalent to the weight I've lost. 12 litres in total, representing 12kg. I like to get other people to pick them up sometimes just to show off remind myself of how huge an achievement I've made.

SayrraT · 17/04/2017 22:58

It's good to see/feel the weight you lose isn't it. I was thinking today that I've lost half a bag of horse feed. Grin only half a bag of feed and one of bedding to go!

Wish I lost it as fast as the horse ate it Grin

Hi marion, welcome to BC we are almost done for this one but we will still be around and chatting Smile
