Mooooorning :) sorry I've been a bit quiet, I'm still on track but I'm panicking on days when I'm not tracking my intake because I'm worried about carb creep 
Thing is, I KNOW I'm doing ok and I'm making good food choices, I just don't trust myself it seems.
Anyway, went to Harry Potter world in London yesterday and it was really good fun and amazing to see everything first hand. We had breakfast at the station (Starbucks scrambled eggs for me with a small coffee and cream) and I took DP and I a salad for lunch and DP bought us both a butter beer. I decided to allow myself to have one because I'd always wanted to try it.. TOTAL LET DOWN
it tasted exactly like cream soda you used to get in the late 90's, it was even fizzy!
I had 1 sip and it was so unbearable I gave the rest to DP. Probably for the best! Got home and neither of us fancied cooking so we had a takeaway. I had kofte with salad and mayo so not too bad.
Ran this morning first thing so hopefully that will have helped undo any damage I did yesterday!
