Here's the Spreadsheet for you to confess all!

I hope that you've seen good results, and that they have convinced you that this WOE works - if you weren't already convinced, of course Grin

Here's to a good second week. Hopefully all of you suffering from carb flu will be through that now, and will be feeling much more energised.

Good luck to all Flowers

that's reassuring it's not just my cycle that low carb affects I am normally like clockwork. Feel a bit more human today after days of feeling freezing and fatigued hopefully body is adjusting. So far
B coffee and cream, getting used to no sugar scrambled egg with butter in
L smoked tofu and babybel
snack some almonds
I'm very thirsty so enjoying all the water to drink. very inspiring reading losses people have achieved x

limberlost · 13/02/2017 16:31

Is it too late for me to join? I have been following for the past week but didn't put my name on the spreadsheet.
A couple of weeks ago I saw 12.9 on the scales and having worked my way down from 14.10 to at my lowest 11.10 I realised that something had to be done. Last Monday I was 12.7. Today I am 12.3. I am way past menopause so I think that is reasonably good going. If I can't be added to the spreadsheet I still intend to follow Bootcamp and will post my losses here.

BIWI · 13/02/2017 16:54

Of course you can join! Welcome!

Here's a really interesting piece about the possible link between Alzheimer's Disease and gut bacteria

Total yoghurt is a good source of bacteria - have a look at the ingredients list on their website

Hello everyone
There are some amazing losses. Well done everyone.
Welcome Coconut and limberlost
limber I have added you to the spreadsheet.

wombattoo · 13/02/2017 17:07

Hi Sayrra.
I've noticed that there are no dates above the weigh in columns. Is this an oversight to have they been lost?

Loubilou09 · 13/02/2017 17:55

Thanks BIWI and Stuntnun

BIWI yes I kind of knew the Alcohol Free beers were a mistake but they have managed to get me off gallons of wine so I have gone with it somewhat, but yes a huge mistake as they are full of carbs Blush

Back on track now though and three days off them my ketostix are the right colour Grin Wink onwards and downwards!!

Lexa47 · 13/02/2017 18:24

2.5 lbs down for me, it's my second week 8.75 lbs total, it's our nieces wedding in 6 weeks time so I am motivated by that but also just wanted to say that signing up and doing this with you lovely supporting people, all the different food ideas etc, helps me focus so much better than on my own. So thank you to BIWI, wombattoo and Sayrra for organising all of this.

B: coyo
L: left over roast chicken and veg
D: singapore noodles without the noodles

Good luck everyone with week 2.

blackteaplease · 13/02/2017 18:34

Sts his week, must drink more water at work. There are some amazing losses here.

SayrraT · 13/02/2017 18:50

They were there wombat! I'll put them back in tonight (or some point soon).

Hesdeadjim · 13/02/2017 19:11

So I didn't trust the scale Blush

I refused to believe I've lost 8lbs in 3 days... so I went to my old weight watchers meeting to weigh in and check in case my scales were totally wrong

.....

You win. It's official. I'll be quiet now Blush

limberlost · 13/02/2017 19:17

Thank you, Wombattoo. I was strugglung as using my phone at the moment.

limber no problem. Quite a few posters struggle.
Hesdead I've never seen anyone so determined to not have a good loss Grin Did you get slimmer of the week Wink
Sayrra There is no row number 2. Sorry I don't know how to put one in.

SummerSazz · 13/02/2017 20:20

-1 for the week (was -3 on Fri). Friends over for the weekend and although food was all low carb I probably had too much cheese and more than a couple of wines.... I am 8lb down since starting on 9 Jan so I'm ok with this

SayrraT · 13/02/2017 20:28

I've added a row 2 wombat plus some rows at the bottom. It is a pain trying to add dates on my phone so I will try and do that sneakily at work tomorrow.

My food

B: coffee with cream
S: FF yog
L: courgetti with chicken and bacon in creamy garlic sauce
S: mini cheese, cucumber
D: chicken korma served on shredded cabbage and leek (was delicious!)

wombattoo · 13/02/2017 20:48

Sayrra Thanks. I have just tried to enter the dates but it keeps telling me there is a problem and to contact the owner of the spreadsheet. It is the same problem I've had before. I'll try and sort it tomorrow evening and add the dates.

Lucy7400 · 13/02/2017 21:34

Fail. Big,fat fail. I have been awake since 2.30 (terrible insomnia) and fell into the trap of eating sugar to keep going. Sad

Need to get back on the saddle tomorrow.

dementedma · 13/02/2017 21:42

5lbs off for me so very happy. Can't afford to food shop until the weekend now though and not much low carb in the house...Going to have to be creative...

Freddorika · 13/02/2017 22:15

Hallo! Is there an idiot's guide to the Boot Camp? I'd like to join although I already have no faith in my ability to stick to it Blush

Imissmy0ldusername · 14/02/2017 06:43

@Freddorika - there's a link to the spreadsheet of fabulousness which has the rules on one of the sheets on the first post of this thread - it's brilliant, cos there's no faffing around with calculating points or wotever Grin

I think I'm losing at a lower rate than others because I've fannied around on so many diets in the past - my poor old body doesn't know what to think!

B: mushroom & courgette omlette with cheese and possibly some jalapenos to a) spice things up and b) move things along
L: Breasola salad (lettuce, mayo, parmesan, olives)
D: dirty, dirty fatty steak (cooked by DH - whoop whoop!), whatever veg I can find at the grocers (when will this courgette shortage end? They are my faves!).

CaptainBraandPants · 14/02/2017 06:46

Hi Fred if you go to the spreadsheet of fabulousness (SOF) linked by BIWI in the first post, then look at the tabs at the bottom of the SOF then the info you need is there.
Sugar cravings are difficult at the beginning, but if you can get over those it gets much easier as you won't feel hungry. As long as you don't eat carbs...

Had a good day yesterday. Lovely, lovely belly pork with kale, aspAragus and mushrooms for dinner.
Today, I've dug out a chicken chilli thing from the freezer for lunch. If I can leave work in time, I go to a knitting club tonight where I'll have some tea. They do eggy things and she charges me less because I never have the bread/ toast it's supposed to come with. Grin

Hesdeadjim · 14/02/2017 07:05

Urgh. Does carb flu involve a runny nose and a thickly throat or do I also have an actual cold? Sad

MyShinyThing · 14/02/2017 08:01

That sounds like an actually cold jim, hope you start to feel better.

I really shouldn't weight every day, I seem to have gained back everything i lost last week. I'm not going to weigh again until Monday now I think.

B: BPC
L: out at somewhere like pizza express so probably salad.
D: chicken thighs & roasted veg

Have a great Tuesday everyone.

playmobilpeacock · 14/02/2017 08:11

Good morning.

Yesterday at the theme park went surprisingly well. I had a chicken, cheese and bacon thing for lunch and they swapped the chips for a large salad and coleslaw. It was lovely and I didn't miss the chips or feel deprived.

I went all day without any snacks and I had more energy too.

B- coffee with cream
L- chicken Caesar salad
D- sausages and roast vegetables
