Morning all

Here's the link to the Spreadsheet

So we have four more weeks to go. Chance to lose around another half a stone, if we stay on track Grin

Hope the figures (on the scales as well as yours) are looking good this morning. And good luck for the rest of the week

Haven't entered my weight, starting to think my scales are crap. Apparently 9st yesterday morning but 9st 4lb today?! I didn't eat very much yesterday cos I wasn't that hungry though I did have 2 glasses of white wine in the afternoon. Off out for a run shortly, not that I think that'll help much Hmm I'll have a very strict rest of the week and see what happens!

After initial first week of success, I fell by the wayside due to illness. Am back on it today though. All your posts have inspired me - still time to lose a bit before Xmas!

B- Coffee with cream, cheese omelette.
L - Chicken salad.
D - Cheese & ham.

Done about 2 litres of water - 1 more before bed.

Thanks Wimbattoo. Well done all the losers and Flowers for those with disturbed nights. I'm just realising how much that messes with your appetite.

I ate left overs today, all low carb, and drank my three and a half litres of water

I do not own any scales so can not weigh myself.

I was doing well yesterday until I came home and had my mum's soukrout soup with soured cream, nuts and then a brioche roll. Just the 1 though.

I also have a stinking cold so have been drinking probably too much hot water with a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of honey. But boy does it help.

Today's food
Breakfast- 3 scrambled eggs with double cream and a bit of cheese, cooked in butter, cucumber
Lunch- same as yesterday- avocado, one whole small one, chicken breast, cucumber and mayo,
Dinner- undecides yet

Snacks- 2 boiled eggs, pork scratchings

I found Twinnings lemon and ginger herb tea very soothing for a cold (and just lovely the rest of the time). It might helped avoid the honey.

Unfortunately I loathe ginger, so ginger tea isn't really an option at all. Thinking about it, I have my lemon and honey tea twice a day, as I have no access to hot drinks at work, so only drink tea at home.

Peppermint and liquorice tea is nice (and sweet! Grin). Tea Pigs (?) do them - but I get the Tesco own brand ones. A teaspoon of coconut oil stirred through it also gives some nice "body".

I like the liquorice tea that someone leaves in the work kitchen

Welcome sausage
There is quite a bit of dairy in your menu which can prevent weight loss in some people and not much fat except the cheese
Did you use butter to cook your spinach and mushrooms? Butter is allowed

Callmesausage · 22/11/2016 19:28

Thanks for replying. Yes, lots of butter for the omelette and mushrooms.

I need to do the shopping and get some meat/fish in.

I've a huge amount to lose (around 8 stone) and am hoping I can do this for the long haul.

wombat I think I'm eating too much too. People are having a slice of cheese for brekkie and small yog for lunch!?

Yesterday
Brie and chorizo 2 egg omelette in olive oil
2 boiled eggs, green salad, french mayo
Flat mushroom with olive oil + mozzarella, green beans, 2 92% meat pork sausages
3 coffees with cream
11 million glasses of water

Today
Brie and chorizo 2 egg omelette in olive oil with spinach
Peppered mackerel fillet, green salad, french mayo
Cauliflower, leek, pork sausage in olive oil, ff creme fraiche and cheddar cheese sauce.
3 coffees with cream
11 million glasses of water

Too much dairy/protein? This is pretty typical but I get hungry!

I wouldn't worry too much about how much you're eating so long as you're losing weight.

Report
Veryflummoxed · 22/11/2016 21:06

Kleptronive been doing this for a while now and some days I'm not hungry and can miss breakfast or small breakfast and small lunch. Other days however I can eat three huge cooked meals. I try to follow my appetite.

This is a WOE (way of eating) that is not meant to be about deprivation!

If you're eating plenty of fat, lots of protein and drinking eleventy million gallons of water Grin then you shouldn't be hungry.

However, if you're hungry - then eat! But make it low carb, obviously
