Morning all!

Sorry for the later than usual start but I have the advantage of a later start myself today so had a bit of a lie-in.

Anyway here's the Spreadsheet of Doom for you all

Just one more week before our final weigh-in next Monday. Fingers crossed that there's time to lose another couple of pesky pounds before then!

Just posting my final meals. Can't believe we've done ten weeks. I have learned so much, it has been a revelation, and the support on this thread has been fantastic. Thank you BIWI for your big stick and knowledge. I look forward to the new thread. I am definitely in it for the long haul.

I didn't really want to post photos of my meal tonight. It was BIG. In my defence I had got over hungry and I didn't eat the pasta bake that caused my first serious temptation this boot camp.

See you all tomorrow and here's to happy results

Lunch ff Fage yogurt.

Snack babybel

Dinner pork with creamy mushroom and courgettie.

I've only lost a small amount of weight (my own fault) but I've thoroughly enjoyed most of the last 10 weeks. If I could lay off gin and dark chocolate, I'd be thin by now!

Thank you to BIWI and all you lovely Bootcampers, I'm planning on sticking around and KOKO Grin

Aw well done everyone. My last day of meals:

B: smoked salmon and cream cheese roll-ups (why didn't I make these before! Delicious!)
L: omelette with bacon and cheese, side salad with olive oil, avocado
D: courgette and garlic gratin, fried halloumi, salad
S: iced Americano with cream and macadamia nut butter, 'fat bomb' with marscapone, cream, peanut butter, melted dark choc with stevia

Bit more indulgent today, esp more dairy so will cut back on dairy tomorrow. Exercise was Zumba and yoga today. Really hoping for a loss tomorrow morning!

Hi everyone. Can't believe the 10 weeks are over! I have had a bad / not that consistent week (low-carb wise) but overall, I have loved this way of eating and even on days when I fall off the wagon, I notice that my automatic habits have become much more low carb than not.

What are the next steps?

eleven59 · 25/07/2016 07:06

Hi, not been around for a couple of weeks as I've been on holiday. Got back late last night to find I've put a few pounds on - alcohol I think! I'm back on bootcamp strict now for a couple of weeks and then I'm keeping on with this way of eating.

As expected, my not great week has resulted in only a half pound loss, but I couldn't be happier with my overall 26lb loss! I am so glad I bit the bullet and joined up in May. I feel calm and in control of my eating habits for the first time in a long, long time, and have found this way of eating so liberating and not at all difficult. Sure, I have wanted a slice of cake every now and again, but I am confident now that I can indulge in that one slice without it all decending into Fuck It territory, as it has countless other times in the past with calorie control, weight watchers, etc etc.

THANK YOU BIWI! And if course to all of you fabulous other folks who have been on this journey for the last 10 weeks - old timers, your advice, experience and recipes have been invaluable, newbies, your losses and stories have been inspirational and have kept me going.

This is starting to turn into an Oscars speech ConfusedBlush!

Anyway, Flowers to everyone, and I'll see you on the continuing threads.
