Morning all!

Sorry for the later than usual start but I have the advantage of a later start myself today so had a bit of a lie-in.

Anyway here's the Spreadsheet of Doom for you all

Just one more week before our final weigh-in next Monday. Fingers crossed that there's time to lose another couple of pesky pounds before then!

Sestra, I do lunchtime to lunchtime the following day. So today I'll have lunch about 1pm and then not eat again until about 1pm tomorrow. I don't find it too bad as long as I keep drinking.

DoctoraNova · 19/07/2016 11:09

Have basically stayed the same this week, well a loss of 100g is hardly noteworthy. And I did make a good effort, so hoping that if I continue I'll see a good loss next week.

Em, what're the benefits of fasting?

Am getting so sick of coconut oil. On the plus side, I found some ground almonds in my press, so am going to try that pizza when I get s chance.

I'm going camping for three days/two nights this weekend, any ideas for no fridge or no cook low carb meals would be hugely appreciated. Am still loving tuna salad so that will feature prominently. But not three times a day!

SestraClone · 19/07/2016 11:20

I saw a fab idea for omelettes Dr, let me see if I can find it.

We are off to the beach for the day, will grab a salad there for lunch and I'm not fussed by ice-cream. Might indulge in some fresh strawberries and cream though!

DoingItForMyselfAtLast · 19/07/2016 13:36

I'm such a doofus! My maths is shit. I have actually lost 2.4 lbs, not 0.8 Blush

Better than the alternative!

2.6lbs to the 2 stone mark. Really want to get this by next Monday.

Every loss is a loss Doctor, count it!

regularbutpanickingabit · 19/07/2016 13:52

Hello!
Been MIA for a few days. Partly from being so busy with work and partly from a very boring diet.
Anyway, I am thrilled to have weighed in and lost almost 4lb. That's after 3 weeks of up and steady and up again. I am now well 3lb+ below what I had got to AND (drumroll please)...... under 200lb for the first time!

I know that must sound revolting to most of you but it is a huge aim for me. Still a loooooong way to go but I have lost over 18lb on this boot camp and feel and look so much better for it. Yes, I have had a few days of alcohol, I have had two days with birthday cake and one day where I had to have the roast trimmings because the only trimmings were non lc.

Aside from that, I have been really good with my water, I have eaten delicious food and generally not missed much of my previous diet.

Ideally I have another 31lb to go. I will be very happy if I can get to the normal BMI range which would be in 25lb.

Next goal, however, is under to make it to 21lb and then under the next stone marker which is in 23lb.

Sorry to hear about the job losses and uncertainties. Not an easy time at the moment.

regularbutpanickingabit · 19/07/2016 13:54

Those goals make no sense!
OK
18lb down now
21lb down is next goal so 3lb to go
23lb down tips me under the next stone marker so 5lb to go for that

Veryflummoxed · 19/07/2016 13:56

GrinDoofus Doingit I wouldn't mind bad maths if it gave me lovely surprises like that.

Veryflummoxed · 19/07/2016 14:02

Well done regular. Under 200 my current goal (I stayed the same last week, exactly 200) then to get under the next stone marker but I fear four pounds in a week may be a bit hopeful.

regularbutpanickingabit · 19/07/2016 14:06

It's tough very, but we are on the right track. Go for it!

nekobus · 19/07/2016 14:59

one pound on for me this week, and I'm 2 pounds over my lowest on this bootcamp so not very impressed with myself but I know why! I think I have to do something different to snap me out of it either cut out dairy or try IF and more exercise. I have a few sessions planned with a personal trainer maybe that will whip me into shape Grin

sorry about the job, pippi but what a great loss. well done regular, it is great to get under one of those markers. I'm aiming for under the next stone barrier which is 8 pounds away, hope to do that over summer before the next BC Smile

bettyblueeyes83 · 19/07/2016 15:02

Please don't say 'revolting' about yourself regular! I started (in 2012!) at 224 and I really remember the joy of getting under 200. It may have taken me bloody ages but 60 pounds down and I'm more or less still going in the right direction...

So nice we can celebrate your reaching 'onederland' and hopefully the same for very next week! Star

BIWI · 19/07/2016 15:42

regular another one here telling you off for calling yourself revolting!

Brilliant loss - and not long to go to get to the stone marker either! Flowers

Regular, under 200 is a dream for me right now! Well done, and you are most definitely not revolting.

Veryflummoxed · 19/07/2016 17:09

Thanks for the encouragement. Smile

Lunch celery cheese olives

Dinner belly pork. Ice burg. Cucumber. Mushrooms.

On track with my water. Not so hard now it's hot.

regularbutpanickingabit · 19/07/2016 17:57

Thanks guys, consider myself suitably chastened!

SestraClone · 19/07/2016 18:15

Salmon and salad with a big dollop of mayo, all I could manage this evening! The heat kills my appetite.

bettyblueeyes83 · 19/07/2016 21:51

Sorry if I'm the only one relentlessly posting all my meals, it just really keeps me on track!
Another day where I wasn't hungry until 3pm. Exercise was Zumba.

B: two scrambled eggs in butter, half an avocado, black coffee
L: smoked mackerel pate, crudités and baby gem:
D: oriental pork cabbage parcels
S: iced Americano, iced Hibiscus tea, Greek yoghurt/cream with macadamias and blueberries

flyright · 19/07/2016 22:25

I'm another one recently in the 100s. Although the last few days in Rome might have taken me out of them again. BlushBlush

Am struggling to keep low carb but am at least managing portions, not eating between meals and keeping the indulgences to s minimum. Fabulous breakfast buffet enhanced by waiters walking around offering you extra little pastries which have been resisted so far.

But crikey it's hot here. Beautiful and fascinating but hot. And I gather it's hot at home too.

Makes exercise challenging. Trying to KOKO

Veryflummoxed · 19/07/2016 22:43

I'm "relentlessly posting" too Betty. I have never kept a food diary before and to post my meals on here daily makes me evaluate everything that goes in my mouth.

Veryflummoxed · 19/07/2016 22:44

And I love reading what other people have eaten.

bettyblueeyes83 · 20/07/2016 07:41

Me too. I just sometimes feel like I'm interrupting an ongoing conversation to be like 'by the way, I ate this food today!' Which in real life would be considered quite weird...Smile

margaritasbythesea · 20/07/2016 08:52

I was in Coffee 1 yesterday and was recommended to try rooibos with cream. Server was very surprised when I accepted. It was delicious!

I have a question: if I am trying to lower protein and up fat is replacing my usual breakfast of eggs scrambled in butter with a creamy coffee a good first move?

Veryflummoxed · 20/07/2016 08:54

Yes, totally get that.

Veryflummoxed · 20/07/2016 08:55

That sounds worth a try Margaritas
