Glad that you are happy with your loss mookbark. I agree that it is important to count your NSV as well, I remember noticing that my socks were less tight!
notdead you'd be better off trying to have some dark (80%) chocolate if you like it? I think most people can easily polish off a milk chocolate bar but its much harder to do with dark chocolate. I know that I can mindlessly eat a milk chocolate bar but I savour a single square of dark chocolate. I go for the carbier option of Lindt with a hint of lime (or orange) its about 5g carbs per square.

It can be really hard to get back on track after a weekend off laser, I know the feeling. That's why I've not been around much I just can't get back on track and I am annoyed with myself!

Finally, I've completed my first SuperPost of BC!
Now all I need to do is to actually do BC
I am quite ashamed at how badly I've done this time round. I really need to get on track, my clothes are tight and I had to buy a size 20 dress for my graduation which I am feeling quite
about.
It does look good though
