Morning all. Welcome to the first day of summer Hmm

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness once again, for you to declare all.

Thankfully a bit of a quieter week for me, once today is over, so I can concentrate a bit more on food and do a bit of cooking and meal planning!

Hope all is going well, and that the scales have been kind to you this morning.

I agree nekobus; I have been snacking too much and it's totally not out of hunger but out of stupid emotional habits, or to 'reward' myself.

I am banning snacks when at work and will drink, drink, drink. (water, not booze...).

IndianaJone · 20/06/2016 10:31

1.5 lbs off for me. Happy with that as had my period and two takeout meals this week. Well done everyone!

IndianaJone · 20/06/2016 10:35

nekobus it makes a difference when others notice the weight loss! I've lost 11.5 lbs so far and not one person has noticed.Grin

CiderwithBuda · 20/06/2016 10:37

Haven't been around much. Stressful time again with DS and migraines. Trying to get him back to dr at hospital but he had signed him off (having said he wouldn't) so we are having to get another referral. They don't make it easy.

Another pound up for me. Food has been fine but went off piste Saturday night and last night. Stress = sod it mentality.

AuntieMaggie · 20/06/2016 10:55

I made this chilli last week and it was gorgeous. I obviously left out the carrot and kidney beans and only used one onion but it was lovely with sour cream

bettyblueeyes83 · 20/06/2016 11:11

Indiana, I must say you're looking very slim, have you lost weight? Wink

PlayNice · 20/06/2016 11:12

Back up to 10 stone 4 after three days of being off BC. Annoyed with self, but I know it won't all be fat. Just have to try and be a bit better on holiday.

When I feel like I'm turning into a snack monster, I get myself out of the house and go on a walk to the shops and buy lots of exciting BC food to cook with. Luckily today, I am too disappointed to want to snack on anything at all.

MissRainbowBrite · 20/06/2016 11:24

My iPad has decided to play ball and will now let me enter my weight in the spreadsheet, not sure what's changed but it might work for others too.

IndianaJone · 20/06/2016 11:26

Thanks Betty! It's these funky, swish new hips I've uncovered. Wink My husband hasn't noticed which is fine as I know from experience he doesn't notice unless it's something major like 2 stones down. Whenever I've said I've lost in the past he says he can't tell by eye and instead hugs me - that's the only he can tell apparently. Hmm

eleven59 · 20/06/2016 11:29

2.2 on for me :(

blackteaplease · 20/06/2016 11:33

I am still struggling this bootcamp. Bounced back to 10 stone but have v little willpower and am struggling to stay on plan. I basically need a whack with a big stick and for someone to come and cook for me.

anniebambammie · 20/06/2016 12:08

1 pound off for me... Think I've had a bit too much coffee (milk) this week, busy week at work and couldn't cope without it!!! Maybe I really need to give black coffee a real crack, not many places do cream near me.
Very grateful if someone could update for me Smile

Quick question. Does cooking wine reduce the carbs? I wouldn't have thought so as sugar can't evaporate but heard a "nutrition expert" on TV say it did.

Promised DH his fave fish dish which I remembered as being lc but I see there's wine in the sauce.

Whistle73 · 20/06/2016 12:22

Fantastic to hear of some great losses this week! And commiserations to all who have stalled.

Another pound off for me, which is great as I cheated massively on Thursday and Friday as was away for the night with DH.

I've now lost 5lbs since BC began and 10lbs since end of April. Indiana - no-one has noticed mine either! Even when I tell them I've lost weight they don't say anything. Sad

I suppose I didn't have masses to lose and its been very gradual but I'm actually a stone lighter than I was at the beginning of January.

My clothes are confirming it IS real though. Everything is looser, I have a jawline again and I'm re-introducing garments I haven't worn since last spring.

Another half a stone at least to go for me, so KOKO!

Patapouf · 20/06/2016 12:30

Hi All! Back from France and firmly off the wagon Blush

Annoyed with myself and not even enjoying carb laden foods at all, I'm just dreading the prospect of carb flu again. Off on holiday at the end of the month again and I'm dithering.

Think I'm going to ask DH to bin all the carby food at home and go for some Swede mash and sausages for dinner tonight.

lasttimeround · 20/06/2016 13:19

Stayed the same again. But I didn't do too badly on my trip. And am not bingeing which is usually what happens after I lose weight. So that's good.

Keep at it everyone. I'm off to roast pork belly slices

Veryflummoxed · 20/06/2016 13:42

Posting again as did it on the week 5 thread (twice for some reason)

Stillloving I'm sure it will disappear again soon
Well done to everyone who did loose, and for everyone who needs cheering up.

To my surprise the whoosh fairy had dropped by my house. I have gone down to 205 which is four pounds off this week. I also am starting to feel things are getting a little looser.

Could someone add me please

Veryflummoxed 205

Veryflummoxed · 20/06/2016 13:45

Don't what's going wrong with my posts

There were supposed to be Flowersfor Stillloving and all those who didn't loose

Wilfsell · 20/06/2016 14:03

Hello all,

Am I allowed to join boot camp half way through?

Have been LCHF for a week (after trying many times before) and I need a bit of kindred spirit to keep me going...

Do I need to add my real weight Shock to the spreadsheet? I might die if I have to do that. In the old days, it was t-100...

Flisspaps · 20/06/2016 14:12

Well done to you losers - and KOKO to the STS/gainers. We will get there together!

175 today, so a tiny loss from last week but 2lb off since Saturday so I'm over the moon - maybe it's the grim caramel green tea Grinbits bitter but I can't leave the bloody stuff alone!

Will someone update the spreadsheet of doom fabulousness please?

Thank youFlowers

Flisspaps · 20/06/2016 14:15

Actually work PC has let me update it myself Smile

WanHeda · 20/06/2016 14:25

Wilf, I am probably the largest/heaviest person on the spreadsheet and I doubt you beat my weight! I was going to put a false weight in, but then decided to just fuck it & added the truth. Put whatever works for you though - I believe there shouldn't be any shame!

reader77 · 20/06/2016 14:41

Stayed the same this week. Ho hum.

blackteaplease · 20/06/2016 14:43

Thanks BIWI. I am planning fish pie with swede mash for tea. There is so much lovely food I can have, I just need to focus!
