Well done annie!

1 lb down. But judging by the fact I want to murder everyone whilst eating kettle chips I'm thinking my period is due so will expect a better result on the scales next week! Especially as I have stuck to the rules religiously and not cheated once.

Hope everyone has good losses this week

MothershipG · 23/05/2016 06:29

5lb down here, all in the first 4 days and nothing in the last 3, think I need to stop the daily weighing!

LCHF diet in the news this morning, all over the red tops and on breakfast news.

Veryflummoxed · 23/05/2016 06:39

Good morning all. Happy weigh in day.

Sorry I've still not managed to be able to use the spread sheet. (I did follow all suggestions) so would someone add my weight in for me please. I'm down 3lb (hopefully fat not wonky scales)

Veryflummoxed 211lb

Thanks.

margaritasbythesea · 23/05/2016 06:45

Good morning all. I really hope everyone is seeing some weight loss this morning.

Mine is confused by the fact I bought new scales my old ones weigh me about a pound less, my old ones much more so I am going to count it in my head as pound and reset the spreadsheet later on.

I had another migraine threatening to come on yesterday so rushed to eat something a little bit carby (carrot and soft cheese) in case it helped and it did so will not be sticking to strict boot camp rules but almost.

stilllovingmysleep · 23/05/2016 06:53

Goodmorning everyone. Just weighed myself--slightly disappointed as compared to last Monday the scales today show only 600 gr (which is 1.2 pounds) down even though a couple of days later it was much less than that (=2.6 pounds). I feel my period is coming though, had some spotting this morning (sorry TMI) so that might be the reason. Anyway I've updated it on the spreadsheet, a loss is still a loss I guess. But I'm always discouraged by my really slow weight loss!

StrawberryLeaf · 23/05/2016 06:54

6lbs down! Amazing Grin

achangeisgonnacome · 23/05/2016 06:56

3lbs down, so am very pleased as this is despite some bad choices made during the week.

Hope results are positive for everyone x

Titsalinabumsquash · 23/05/2016 06:57

5lbs down!

I can't do the spreadsheet from my iPad and we don't have a desktop.

I'm really pleased Smile

reader77 · 23/05/2016 06:59

6lbs gone! Smile

BursarsFrogs · 23/05/2016 07:05

Excellent losses, people! Well done! :)

I'm 2lb down, and I'm quite pleased with that. I've never had big initial losses on any weight loss attempt, and I was secretly scared I'd gain instead of losing anyway. :)

StrawberryLeaf · 23/05/2016 07:05

Some fab losses, well done everyone! What a great way to eat, I hope I can stick to it going forward. I've enjoyed all the food, the only thing I don't really enjoy is breakfast, I used to love my oats and fruit and find higher fat difficult. Am hoping bc lite will help when I can introduce a little fruit.

Anyway, well done everyone

FarelyKnuts · 23/05/2016 07:08

6lb down. Wahey.

Abracadabra12 · 23/05/2016 07:10

I'm down 2lbs to 145 - had hoped for a tiny bit more but cheated over the weekend with a glass of wine on Saturday and a latte yesterday so shouldn't be surprised

stilllovingmysleep · 23/05/2016 07:10

Congratulations everyone! I hope next week I also have a bigger weight loss, I suppose I should be pleased that the scales are going in the right direction.

Did you see this, this morning?

PippilottaViktualia · 23/05/2016 07:10

9lbs lost 😮 I thought I would have lost very little as I have not experienced this 'carb flu' Thrilled

BIWI · 23/05/2016 07:11

Brilliant!

Here's the week 2 chat thread

flyright · 23/05/2016 07:23

Wow. Well done to the 5 and 6 pounders!

Shows what can happen

I'm only a pound down. A pound less is a pound less and when I've lost weight before I've been slow but I would like to speed up a little this time

Every week I have dinners out or work trios away or other events that can make it hard so I need to completely control things when I can. And leave the chocolate alone.

And the wine.

My meals are good. It's the evening wine and chocolate that do me in.

LadyAntonella · 23/05/2016 07:29

Morning!

So I am exactly the same weight as I started. This isn't a surprise as I have had some serious slip ups this week. I am back on the wagon now - no excuses this week.

Well done for all the losses everyone else! Smile

HumphreyCobblers · 23/05/2016 08:32

Morning all

I am three pounds down this morning, after a six week stall - am delighted. Thanks for all the support and advice

IndianaJone · 23/05/2016 08:34

Good morning everyone!

Well done for all the pounds lost. I also lost and feeling pleased with an 6 lb loss. As I'm unable to, would someone kindly add this to the s/sheet please?

boldlygoingsomewhere · 23/05/2016 08:40

I'm 2lb down this morning which I'm really pleased with. I don't have a huge amount to lose so I know I'll progress more slowly. It's also mostly around my belly! I'm much less bloated though which is making a difference to clothes fit and my side profile. 😀

Flisspaps · 23/05/2016 08:41

177lbs so 5lbs off. I'm very happy with that considering I've eaten almost entirely protein and dairy all weekend.

Tesco order came last night and it was cocked up - they'd somehow put in double what I'd ordered of asparagus, salad leaves, frubes, samphire, blueberries and avocados but only charged me for what I'd ordered so I ended up with £17 of free food Blush I don't know how they've managed it.

I'll be sick of asparagus and avocado by Friday!

Breakfast: fried egg, bacon, asparagus
Lunch: tuna mayonnaise, salad, total yoghurt
Tea: Chicken thighs/wings, salad, avocado, halloumi

eleven59 · 23/05/2016 09:08

I've only lost a pound! Bit fed up to be honest!

On the positive side, I do feel I have more energy.

trixymalixy · 23/05/2016 09:16

Well yesterday was a bit of a disaster boot camp wise.

B leftover hog roast and coleslaw
L afternoon tea. So a huge amount of sandwiches and cakes!! Was for MIL's 70th though in a posh hotel and had been booked for months so nothing I could do about it.
D salad and cold meat and cheese

Despite the slip up I have lost 4lbs when I weighed myself this morning!

poorbuthappy · 23/05/2016 09:20

3lb off! Could have been more without the wine...
