Welcome everyone!

We have around 130 people signed up this time, so it's going to be a busy and fast-moving thread.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you to enter your weight.

The lovely Sayrra manages the spreadsheet. Please don't mess with it! Just enter your weight and leave all the other columns/rows alone!

I'll start a questions thread to run along side this chat thread, so that you can post stuff there in the knowledge that your question will definitely be seen. (I can't promise to get to your questions immediately, but I will read and answer them)

And please, please, please - no matter how fast-moving the thread is, please read the whole thing and don't just post your own thing. You'll miss a lot of valuable stuff that way, and it also presumes that I (and other posters) are happy to keep repeating stuff.

But above all, very good luck everyone!

soggy olives, mackerel, advacado, fattier cuts of meat.

wombattoo · 17/05/2016 19:36

Hmm. I don't think I could manage it with herbal teas. I haven't had a bpc for ages but only had it with decaf coffee.

BIWI · 17/05/2016 19:39

KP86 please don't share your cheesecake mix until after the first two weeks of Bootcamp!

I keep hearing talk of pork crackling...

Are we talking packets of pork crackling you can buy from the shop?

Gcalgske · 17/05/2016 19:57

Yeah ClopySow there is a LC restaurant. Are you local? It's pretty pants though :(

Gcalgske · 17/05/2016 19:59

Pork cracking is generally from a roast joint, scratchings are generally in the packet. Both are yummy and good as a crisp replacement. Be careful though as the packets can often have rubbish (wheat/soya/carbs etc) added.

WanHeda · 17/05/2016 20:00

Cloppysow, here is the place www.deserverestaurant.com/ but I don't think I will be trying it out.

WanHeda · 17/05/2016 20:02

also, M&S do a snack pack of actual pork crackling in thin strips, it is pretty decent.

wombattoo · 17/05/2016 20:06

Clopy The M&S packets are in the deli fridge. They contain only pork, salt and olive oil. They are £2 per pack and lovely - if a bit salty

Equiem89 · 17/05/2016 20:07

I ordered two boxes of awfully posh pork crackling packets off amazon yesterday :)

WanHeda · 17/05/2016 20:09

I just bought some pig skin and I am going to attempt to make my own Shock

Patterkiller · 17/05/2016 20:09

BIWI is hollandaise sauce, homemade, ok? I need a nice brunch for the weekend with guests. Eggs Benedict sans toast ok?

trixymalixy · 17/05/2016 20:11

Could someone add me to the spreadsheet please? I'm 170lbs Blush

B boiled eggs with spinach
L prawn and avocado salad
D sirloin with (lots of!)anchovy butter, spinach and broccoli

KP86 · 17/05/2016 20:12

The Awfully Posh ones are super tasty. But so expensive!

I said yesterday (but probably lost in all of the posts) that you can get decent tasting scratchings in Poundland - 5 X 18g for £1. They are a light gold packet, called The Original Crackling Co. or something similar.

ClopySow · 17/05/2016 20:25

Yes, i'm local gcal. Thanks wanheda, based on gcals experience, i can't see me rushing there tbh.

Oh yeah! I'm off to find me some posh pork crackling.

LadyAntonella · 17/05/2016 20:27

Argh why am I watching Bake Off Creme de la Creme? Why?!

Ok day today though I have had too much yoghurt I think. Also ate a small piece of fish finger and a couple of peas at tea time Blush. My DD gave it to me from her plate and it was so sweet I couldn't... ok didn't refuse.

wombattoo · 17/05/2016 20:33

trixy I will add you tomorrow. I am waiting for some additional rows to be added.

yongnian · 17/05/2016 20:35

Day 2 of boot camp...day 2 of D&V bug here... sigh not the best start...will have to manage my way back to food carefully once things have settled down.
Hanging on in there though as do want to do this one.
It seems that the Google app requires a google account- I don't have one...could someone add me at 174 please. Thanks!

SociallyAcceptableCookie · 17/05/2016 20:37

I thought I was doing so well and then I didn't have anything suitable to snack on this afternoon and I found my naked bar stash in my desk drawer. Blush I'm back on the wagon now, though! I used as much butter as I could stand on my veg and salmon for dinner hoping that would somehow compensate. And cheese and olives are coming to work with me tomorrow.

SayrraT · 17/05/2016 20:37

wombat thats me added a few more rows (I added some extra since I think we might need them).

Just back from work so having a quick dinner then got to get on with house stuff as the plasterer is coming tomorrow and we've not quite got all our walls up!

Food today:

B: 3 fried eggs (in butter), coffee with cream
L: Prawns and crayfish tails in lettuce wraps, baby bel
D: Aubergine and beef bake
S: Pork scratchings, FF yog

WanHeda · 17/05/2016 20:38

Sayrra, what is the recipe for your beef and aubergine bake? Aubergines are only 49p in Lidl just now so I have a couple to use up.

Cocoabutton · 17/05/2016 20:41

Hi,
Marking place. I did BC for over a year -different NN - and then was very ill (mentally and physically) and weight is now up 7lbs. I started LCing properly again three days ago and just discovered this thread. Not checking in formally, as not in a strong enough place, but will follow along.

Good luck Flowers.

trixymalixy · 17/05/2016 20:42

Thanks wombat.

wombattoo · 17/05/2016 20:44

Thanks Sayrra
Ok everybody - you are all now on the spreadsheet together with weights.

Hope tomorrow is a good one Smile

wombattoo · 17/05/2016 20:46
