Morning all!

Apologies for the late start today - bit harassed and manic at the moment.

Anyway Here's the Spreadsheet

Hope that this last week has been a good one, and that you see the results this morning.

We have just four weeks left, so let's stay focused and see what we can do. All being well, we could get rid of another pesky half stone!

Good luck to you all

BIWI sorry to hear your DF is so poorly, hope he is better soon. Flowers

Romey - thanks for the words of support, I really, really appreciate it. I would not have got this far without your help. Hope you are doing well yourself. Meditation is something I really want to get into as well - well it's mindfulness really. When I remember, I do try to be much more aware of what I'm doing and not so distracted and rushing, thinking of a million and one things whilst doing something else.

Peppermint - "tit about in the kitchen" made me giggle :-) much needed as DS has been sick with an awful sick bug the last three days. Ugh the hell of it and the worry! he's asleep on the sofa as I type. I want my crazy, excitable happy boy back now please - especially as it's his birthday on Sat! we have family coming from far and wide to visit him :-(

Have been having a bit of tough time of late so not managed to get exercise done as planned (oh the irony of my post about a week ago about being brim full of enthusiasm and commitment!!). But, I have been sticking to low carb which is quite amazing as the urge to comfort eat bad carbs has at times been almost overwhelming.

Thanks to those who fed back on my previous post about exercise etc. have read them all but sorry can't remember exactly who said what now. Thanks for your thoughts though.

Flowers Biwi
Feel much better today but going to stick to one BPC a day just incase.
Although I moan about my loss being slow I have lost 20kg since September 2014 which isn't too shabby. If I can lose these me agin in the next 6 months I will start TTC again.

Anyway:

Food today:
B:BPC
L:2 rashers back bacon/1 fried egg, mug ham bone broth with tiny bit of the meat from the ham hock.
D: (will be)
Steak burger, cheese, roast giant mushroom, swede chips.
On my 4th pint of water.

EMERGENCY FATHEAD PIZZA QUESTION:

Can I use the soft wet mozzarella that comes in a big ball or does it have to be the firmer yellowy stuff that's a bit like mild cheddar?

thank you Grin

B - mushrooms and 2 eggs fried in butter, cuppa x 2 ( so much for the plan to limit to one a day)
L - loads of cucumber, olives, smoked salmon, 3 hb eggs split and spread with butter - these were lovely, should have spread butter on the cucumber as well, note to self for next time
D - will be italian sausage fried in olive oil with shallots, mushrooms, a few mini peppers then tin of tomatoes served over courgetti

Ewan, I've not tried it with the mozzarella balls but would imagine it'd be too wet to form "dough"

billabye yep it was yummy, my new thing is to add a big slice of butter when using tinned tomatoes, it somehow mellows the acidity and makes it a little bit creamy plus great for adding more good fat Smile, I also added a few bits of mozzarella to really gild the lily, am stuffed now

I haven't been eating enough this week which definatly seems to have affected my weight loss. I just haven't had the time when I was on placement and I havent had the energy when I got home. Will need to work on that for next week.

I have a lovely long weekend off now not back till tuesday. the dc have an inset day today so we are going swimming this morning which is good as my excercise has been lacking this week.
In other news everything seems ok on the poo front now Grin.
BIWI hows your df doing? thinking of you.

Yesterday's food
B: almond bread slathered with butter, bpc
L:Portobello mushroom baked with garlic and chilli and an egg inside, salad with evoo hm dressing and goats cheese
S: coconut crusted fried chicken, bok Choi and baby corn in sesame chilli oil

Today will be
B: almond bread and butter & bpc
L: bacon, mozzarella, avocado, tomato salad with mayo
S: pork shoulder steak slow cooked with a mushroom, garlic, rosemary butter and cream sauce with asparagus and purple sprouting broccoli.

I haven't weighed yet, waiting for the end of my second week but my collarbone is returning to the surface so I don't care what the scales say. I'll know I'm really getting somewhere when my thighs are less squishy and don't meet so much!

Thanks Dita - he seems a bit better this morning, although there's been a lot of up and down over the last week, so I am hopeful he'll be ok for tomorrow! I need to feed him up now because he's even skinnier than usual now.
