Been a bit stuck for ideas- food wise but you've given me inspiration! Will plan to do the fathead pizza tomorrow, just need the almond flour. Homemade coleslaw sounds great, I think I have all the ingredients to make that tonight.
All of these goals are making me motivated to keep pushing on! My goal is to finally wear something cropped, like a cropped jacket or a top that comes to the hip.I don't wear them because I feel it draws too much attention to where I have piled on the weight. So looking forward to Jean shopping, that will be much easier!

Similar to trash would like to lose 2 stones by september, koko then reach my goal by summer and try and maintain it.
Ramadhan started so struggling a bit with the water intake. I think I had 2.5 litres of water last night, will try to reach 3l tonight. Erm been trying to make a non grain porridge, that I could have in the morning , best version is a sort of carrot halva inspired porridge with coconut and paneer instead of oats.
Anyway this is what I had today:
B: 1/2 avocado, cucumber, tomato, spinach in olive oil/ lime dressing, mayo and toasted nuts on top. 1l of water
D: 2 dates
1l of water
Something with mushrooms, coleslaw and meat? Mexican maybe.
Snacks: double cream, frozen blueberries, ff yoghurt and Coconut.
Will try to weigh before I start the next fast.
