Morning all!

Apologies for the late start today - bit harassed and manic at the moment.

Anyway Here's the Spreadsheet

Hope that this last week has been a good one, and that you see the results this morning.

We have just four weeks left, so let's stay focused and see what we can do. All being well, we could get rid of another pesky half stone!

Good luck to you all

Ooh my goal is to be described as slim build on my next wanted poster Grin

But seriously, I have a few goals

For this to be my final 'fat' summer

To lose two stones by September, (which means I'll be 14.10)

To get under 14st by January, when (fingers crossed) I hope to be starting a career change on the job training course

To get under thirteen thirteen stone so I can ride horses again at the stables down the road, I don't have a date for this... As quick as possible?

To reach my goal of 11 st before next autumn, when I'm hoping to get married (just need to get engaged first, but he's very obliging.....)

Wow, it feels really exciting to put those down.

I'm going to focus on the first one, two stones off by September. To break that down even more, I guess saying a monthly target of eight pounds, so averaging two per week.

And on that note, since ditching the dairy, I lost three pounds last week, although on the Monday I sts from the previous week, when I looked again on Tuesday, I'd dropped two pounds, and another came off on Wednesday. One pound went back on by Thursday, but has since remained the same. I haven't weighed since Thursday, but this morning I was still the same. I'll check tomorrow and see what's what.

I've followed everything to plan apart from dropping down from three litres of water to two. Reason being I'm suffering from chronic runs, and thought it may help. I don't for a minute think it's causing them, but I wanted to see if my weight loss noticed if I slightly cut back on the liquids. If any stalls occur, it'll be the first thing I tweak. And that said, I've run dry a couple of times already, so quite naturally got into a third litre. Plus my hot drinks are on top.

I have recently noticed my takeaway food has been getting a bit out of hand. I'm not worried about carbs, it's the cost and quality of the meat (it's generally either Lebanese or Indian) I realised I will have tandoori lamb chop/chicken/prawns about once a week. That's shocking isn't it? Or is it.... It's certainly not bloody cheap.

I am also suffering a bit from veg boredom. With my poorly guts, the veg options feel a bit limited right now. Am mainly living on salad, different lettuces, courgettes, aubergines, spinach and kale.

Anything else like broccoli, cauli, pak choi - actually anything seems to result in extremely sore guts and yet more squitters.

I've been to the gp today to start the ball rolling investigation wise, so must go back for blood tests next week.

So, this weeks goals - ditch the takeaways, keep an eye on water intake vs loss, and after severe knackered-ness I managed a brisk walk through the park today, so hope to continue daily with that, plus fit in two climbs at the indoor wall.

ewan what is in you bullet proof bovrils? I was nearly sick when I tried one using butter and oil.....

Bit of an odd day foodwise. I spent most of the morning catching up on some zzzzzzz's. So didn't have much to eat. Then went to my new running group at 7.30pm so have not long had dinner. The good thing is though, before starting this WOE, I would never have considered doing any exercise at that time of the day. I couldn't have coped with the hunger levels, not wanting to eat beforehand, but not being able to wait until later.

B - 2 slices of homecooked leftover gammon, spread with butter, marmite and topped with a slice of cheese. Coffee with cream.

Very late lunch at 3pm - just a snack really, chorizo, feta and a few olives.

D - chicken fajita's (minus the wraps!) topped with soured cream and grated cheese, big salad with oily dressing.

W - as much as I could get down. But not enough as I was asleep all morning Blush.

Well lost 2 lbs this week possibly the mini whoosh at a party Friday night. Thank god r dry one was in the party barn as slightly embarrassing. So body finally seems to be giving in! Well done to everyone who lost this week and I know how hard it is to sit and read about losses when putting on or staying the same. I think to myself it's taken years to get to the weight I am why should I expect it to just drop off in weeks! In a way I suppose looking at this woe is my old habits in reverse! The fad diets being the old blips I may have along the way old style!

Running back and forth today ferrying dc2 between his old school and his new one for September for exams this afternoon so a bit hectic and fractured meals.

Very early pre breakfast: 1 tablespoon of almond butter with butter. Sounds dirty but was lovely and kept me going when I had no time.
Breakfast: coffee with cream, 1 avocado evoo and vinegar, few chunks of a mini saucisson.
L: If I have time will be 2 slices of aubergine marinated in garlic and olive oil, griddled then topped with 1 tsp of passata, mozzarella, Parma ham, olives and basil.
Supper will be either pork panang curry again or hm beef and horseradish burger with horseradish creme fraiche sauce and melted cheddar cheese with large salad.

Hmm feels a bit too cheesy and dairy heavy, going to stop eying up the lovely looking chevre that's hanging around screaming eat me...

Morning. Got a bloody sore throat and temperature today. I blame ds2 who's just gone back to school after seven days off!

Have cancelled everything this morning and am resigning myself to a day of study in bed.

Have decided to up the water again as I was a pound up on the scales today. So with that and my raging sore throat in mind, I bought some cider vinegar and have mad a two litre warm drink using an inch of cider vinegar, a good squeeze of lemon juice (half a lemon though, as am aware they contain carbs) and then half cold half boiling water. Apparently if you're using cider vinegar, boiling water buggers it up so I put the cold in first then topped up. It's really soothing and tasty. My mum used to make us cider vinegar and honey when we were kids and as I've been sugar free for so long now, the lemon replaces the need for the honey. Can thoroughly recommend it. And doesn't cider vinegar have something which aids weightloss too?

Had egg mayonnaise with some smoked ham for breakfast, have dragged self out to do school run and dog walk, and even managed to do laundry, and morning housework, so with that in mind, I'm now taking to bed to chase off the throat of doom.

Really conscious that I am stagnating this week so think I need to revive my efforts a bit if I am hoping for a loss next Monday. I didn't honestly think I would lose as much weight as I have with this woe, but now that the weight is going I am really keen to see it move even more! I would like to get under the next half stone goal post by the end of this bootcamp and then I will have 'just' one more stone to lose to be in the BMI healthy range! If I get there I might even re-think my overall target, but that's a big IF!

Anyway, today is BC light, I know, but I think tomorrow I might kickstart a few days of 'proper' BC rules....

B - coyo and greek ff with some berries and flaked almonds
L - salad of leaves, cucumber, boiled egg, sliced chicken and a very mayo-heavy coleslaw
D - will be BBQ's pork chops with avocado and salad
S - have had a few whole almonds and one coffee

Up a pound... sigh.
I will not lose faith though and am going to keep a food diary. It is the fruit, I am pretty sure. The Mockingbird in the Cedar tree will be happy that I am leaving most of the raspberries to her.

B - Bullet proof Bovril ( trashy was it you asking about this? I can't stand coconut oil so I make mine with bovril, tallow and good butter, whizzed up with my trusty £2 Asda milk frother Grin )

L - bit patchy. Salami with peri peri sauce Confused and a hard boiled egg

D - Harissa-roasted celeriac, swede and cauli with a big green salad

S - greek yogurt, double cream and peanut butter mixed up. I might have to knock this little concoction on the head it is like crack to me

I wonder if it's bad that most of my carb count comes at the end of the day?

It was me ewan Grin

Mrswhiskers I've used coconut cream in place of ordinary cream. I've had it over yoghurt, berries and in cooking. It's delicious.

I had some more cider vinegar in my water, this time without the lemon juice and it's really nice and soothing on my throat. I'm three litres in and onto my fourth.

Food this afternoon was a tuna and egg mayo, with a little gem quartered and dressed in oil and cider vinegar. My supper was half a rib eye (couldn't finish it and dc very obliging) plus some aubergine which I sliced, roasted then finished in the frying pan with salt and butter. It was all smooshy and delicious.

I'm doing a happy dance here, after 4 weeks of sts I've had a mini woosh and am a pound down, my tummy looks flatter too :) ten days 'til my hols and had aimed to lose another 3lb but even another one would do.
B: Greek yoghurt, few berries
L: cold meats, salad
D: frittata to use up all the past-its-best veg in the fridge

Going to do some more HITT stuff at the gym, I love the fact I can be in and out so quickly without the endless boring cardio stuff.
