The inbetween BC BC for those who didn't do as well as they should on the real BC

SayraT · 06/04/2015 18:41

Ok, some of us (me) didn't do very well on the real actual BC and some others just feel the need to have a little extra push before the next real BC so this is our inbetween BC BC Grin

I'll start, I'm currently 222 lb and want to be 217 lb by the start of the real BC (11th May). I will be recording my food daily to keep on track, I am also going to weigh daily.

Food

B: Flax wrap with butter, coffee with cream
L: M&S salad, ff yog
S: S&V peanuts (none left now so I'll have normal nuts or none at all)
D: Cauli-rice with hot smoked salmon

Massive fan of knit wear, especially roll necks, but I know they don't suit me with big boobs.

A lot of what I am showing you probably wouldn't suit me, but I just thought I'd Google stuff and look what jumps out at me, style wise.

sassandfaff · 17/04/2015 20:21

Love cut off tops and coats too. Probably called 3/4's and a big fan of layering.

I tam very easily, have Hazel eyes and very dark brown hair. I think I'm warm, but light blue really suits me, so maybe I'm neutral?

sassandfaff · 17/04/2015 20:23

I like 3/4 length jumpers and coats. Love layering.

I have hazel eyes, tan easily and very sark brown hair. I think I'm warm colours, but I think light blue really suits me, so maybe neutral?

Very sorry for everyone having a hard time Flowers

Still maintaining away here, had delicious chicken dipped in egg white and Parmesan and then fried. Recommend. MrsK I like those Gap trousers, I have some similar to the first from Zara but they tend to bag quickly.

I had a lovely treat of strawberries dipped in melted dark chocolate and cream. Yummy BCL

sassandfaff · 17/04/2015 20:44

Sorry, just thought. Things I hate.

Peplum
Stone wash
Baggy
Boxy
Not fitted
Massive heels

Romeyroo · 17/04/2015 20:47

Just catching up here; the insomnia is back, so feel a bit all over the place food wise.

B was omelette with broccoli (only green veg I had)
L was DS leftover scrambled egg, some ham and cheese
D was home made burger, lettuce and cucumber with mayonnaise.

Lunch was not really a proper meal - it all just feels a bit chaotic food-wise at the moment

sassandfaff · 17/04/2015 20:55

lex I love strong mature cheddar. Never been a big fan if Lancashire, but there is a stall in my neighbouring hometown that makes cheeses. O.m.g. her purple cheese is to die for. (Not actually purple, I think the rind is though)

She does butter and olives too. Chutneys and jams (but I haven't tried them)

Preminstreltension · 17/04/2015 21:06

Oh damn! It looked really nice and fresh too! Maybe I'll recreate it for tomorrow. I bought a spiral machine today too. Wonder if that would work with celeriac - with mayo and ham or smoked fish would be nice.

SayraT · 17/04/2015 21:24

Here are the jeans that come in different inbetween sizes Esprit in the shop near me the label actually says 11, 12, 13, 14 etc but on here it is in inches. You can see though that rather than having just 30", 32", 34" etc they have 30, 31, 32, 33, 34.

sass I have a 3/4 sleeve cream blazer which goes lovely with a white vest and scarf, jeans and little heels to make a smart outfit. Heels, blazer and scarf all from tesco :-) also works as a light work jacket, or with black maxi skirt and white vest top and chunky jewellery.
find the odd good piece which is versatile is worth 100 outfits!

Gcalgske · 17/04/2015 21:41

Preminstreltension you can spiral celeriac if your machine is good enough - I bought a cheapie from Amazon and it can just about manage a courgette with a prevailing wind. Shaved celeriac deep fried goes really crisp and sweet, it's one of my favourite veggies.

Gcalgske · 17/04/2015 21:43

Sorry BOLDstrike through fail

sassandfaff · 17/04/2015 21:52

giraffe I think that sounds like a great outfit. A vest top and jeans with a clutch bag and understated jewelry would be a go to outfit for me. Throw in a blazer and I'd think I was Kate moss!

natural 1999! I thought I was miss havisham! Wink

MrsKoala · 17/04/2015 22:08

Thanks for all the info Sass. I will process and have a look and come back to you. Is there anything you need ie day to day stuff which you need to roll on the floor with toddlers or a great dress for work etc? Do you have any particular shops near you you like or you want to order from? Is there a budget - ie top end £30 for a top £50 for a dress etc?

Oh and step away from the roll neck tops. Wink

DarkEvilMoon · 17/04/2015 22:15

breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled in butter
Lunch: huge salad that i couldn't finish in 1 sitting
3pm munchies: finished off the salad
tea: 2 eggs scrambled in butter.
Got the munchies again so will probably grab some yoghurt. Coffee intake was not too bad. Water level is not perfect but hopefully should be 3 ltrs by the time I head to bed.

Sorry flying through a lot atm, ds is being hard work and I can't figure out why yet.

Gcalgske · 17/04/2015 22:33

Food today:
B: BPC
L: chicken & bacon salad at a local garden centre. I've had it there before and it was slices/ rashers with salad but it came today as chopped mixed chicken/bacon in full fat mayonnaise with hb eggs and coleslaw made with cream. It was pretty good!
D: 1.5 burgers (pork & beef mince) with avocado, Mayo, tomato, shallot and celeriac chips.
S: blue cheese and butter

sassandfaff · 17/04/2015 22:53

mrsk I have loads of scruffs for dc's so don't need to keep them in more mind. I don't work. I want to wear more dresses on the whole. Especially so now, with the slightly better weather.

Budget would be dependable on how much I love something, but more high street prices, than designer prices.

Think capsule wardrobe maybe?

You don't have to go too much out of your way. Thanks

Stores new me. No bloody idea! Ha. I have Manchester town centre and Trafford centre about 40min drive, so anything there. H&m, monsoon, new look, gap, river island etc. (Think I might be a bit old now though) debenhams. Etc.

nappyaddict · 17/04/2015 22:54

Can anyone recommend a good spiralizer for swede and celeriac?

sassandfaff · 17/04/2015 22:54

I've benn to use dum abi Dhabi for one night and Dubai twice meeting dp, who was stationed there.

42 degrees. Bliss

sassandfaff · 17/04/2015 22:56

Sorry for all the mistakes. The more tired I am, the worse I get. It must be like crypton factor trying to work me out......

Night everyone.

Gcalgske · 17/04/2015 23:36

Night Sass x
Dum I know lots of folk who moved over and live the expat life. I'm in an oil town too, only the Scottish one, so lots less Sun Sea and sand...

DramaAlpaca · 18/04/2015 00:16

I'm back online at last. Stupid internet & phone lines went down in our village this morning & it's only just back. How on earth did we ever live without the internet? My sons didn't know what to do with themselves Grin

I cross posted this morning with Sore - Flowers and a for you.

Still really chuffed about the drop in weight. It's not much, but it's a start. I really feel I am learning how to eat by doing this WOE. Only eating when I am actually hungry is a major leap for me.

Today I had breakfast at 9.15 and didn't need to eat again until 3pm. Then I had dinner at 9pm and I still feel comfortable.

Sorelip · 18/04/2015 06:45

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and Flowers and the same for everyone who has gone through the same.

Ugh, ds2 thought happy fun time began at 5.15am so I will be like something from the Walking Dead today - rough as arseholes, and carnivorous.
