Well, finally, we reach the finish line! One more week to shout your shit.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

And the Weight Tracker

Hope the results are positive for you today - and that the rest of this week gives you time to drop another pound or two.

I lost 12lb all together.
Very pleased. I'm going to carry on strictly for afew more weeks as I've been really bad the past couple, not drinking enough water but drinking booze. Thank you BIWI I've really enjoyed it x

HeirToTheIronThrone · 24/03/2014 10:13

Up 1lb or so for me, but I had a real issue with some compulsive biscuit eating last week, so not surprised. It still makes about half a stone off this BC - not too shabby. I'll be keeping on keeping on too.

And yes, of course, Thanks to BIWI and Willie and indeed all you vipers for your time and support.

seriouslion · 24/03/2014 10:22

I've lost 12lbs in total as I started the week before so I'm really pleased.

I'm so glad I stuck with it through the fluctuations - and everyone on the thread's reassurances are to thank for that. Its so supportive and great having everyone doing it together! The trend has finally shown itself!

Thanks all! I'm still keeping on and will try and post more often too.

RatherBeOnThePiste · 24/03/2014 10:46

Morning, another one who can't believe it's been 10 weeks. I started a week earlier and didn't weigh myself for a week, so I know I will have lost more than I'm actually recording but I have lost about sixteen pounds officially, have yet to weigh in this week.

16! Bloody marvellous.

Am keeping going as my target is August 6th when I go to India with my daughter.

Am so grateful to everyone, for although I post very little I have found the thread very reassuring and supportive.

Thanks
DurhamDurham · 24/03/2014 11:09

Morning All.

I going to keep on keeping on. Haven't lost weigh during the last few weeks but I have been quite relaxed about it all recently. Only have a few pounds to go now so may need to cut back on calories as well as keeping an eye on carbs to achieve the last bit of weight loss.
I love this way of eating, I will continue to ignore bread, pasta, potatoes and rice as I don't miss them at all. I will however eat all manner of vegetables because I enjoy them all, I can't wait to tuck into a huge corn on the cob. I will treat myself to the odd piece of dark chcolate (daily!) and the odd piece of cake when we go out for coffee.

Loved the last ten weeks. Its been a blast, a low carb blast!! Smile

monkeyfacegrace · 24/03/2014 11:12

Boooo, its all over.

Ive lost a total of 25lb.

I have another 15lb to go, but its very very slow, so I expecting that to take another 15-20 weeks.

Whens the next BC?

Thank you all so, so, so much Flowers

EvaTheOptimist · 24/03/2014 11:30

Congratulations all, there are some AMAZING losses here! onwards and downwards.

I lost 8.6lb this bootcamp. It could have been 10lb but I've put 1.5lb on since yesterday - TOTM could be a factor. I'm not worried though, as I fluctuate like StuntNun. As you all know from earlier in this thread, I could not be more pleased with my overall many-and-longtime-bootcamping transformation.

And Thank you all for sharing your thoughts over the last 10 weeks, the support does really help with the keeping on keeping on.

I will certainly be checking in to catch up on the between-bootcamp continuing.

This is now day 1 of my personal Maintaining my weight and not putting it on again Challenge!

PseudoBadger · 24/03/2014 12:18

I've lost (including the unofficial soft start to bootcamp).....
30lbs!!!! Which is amazing. I'll be slightly more relaxed now until next bootcamp, but I'll be back to lose the rest next time. It's been wonderful working with you all :o

PseudoBadger · 24/03/2014 12:19

And thank you BIWI and Willie and all other people who are behind this and provide support Flowers

sybilfaulty · 24/03/2014 12:48

I don't post much but I read a lot and enjoy everyone's posts. I didn't weigh today but will do so tomorrow.

Thanks so much to BIWI, Willie and all the lovely ladies who have provided the chat and support. Love to everyone.

Thumbwitch · 24/03/2014 13:04

Well that's annoyed me ever so slightly. I had a few stalls along the way but no actual gains - until this last week. And I know exactly why, which makes me even crosser with myself for being so weak. And crosser still because mid-week I was another lb down from last week, and was heading happily for 11 1/2 stone - but have bounced upwards instead.

Overall I have still lost a whole stone over the 10 weeks though, so am very pleased with that - this last week's gain just proves to me that I need to stop cheating and stay on this WOE for a while longer yet if I want to keep the weight off! I still have at least another stone to go for me to feel even halfway happy; and I know I can do it, I just have to be stronger and avoid the devil's food completely, in its many forms (chocolate).

As I said before though, I'm not stopping as such at all. I'm just going to keep on keeping on with the extra incentive to stay away from the bad stuff.

Will both the spreadsheet and the weight tracker continue as we go?

WhooshFuckerFairy · 24/03/2014 13:35

Happy Monday.....

thanks so much to everbody for every little bit of encouragement and love I've felt and shared through this bc

thanks BIWI and willie

Although, I feel proper miserable today. All my effort has come to nowt. I weigh exactly the same as when I began bootcamp. I know I'm following the rules, and I can't fucking understand why it isn't working for me. I am doggedly going to continue so will see everybody on the chat thread, and feel like I've been a rubbish bootcamp buddy the last couple of weeks, what with my dramas and whingebagging.

maybe just maybe I'll sts for another few weeks and then whoosh down some more....

Anyway, I've been a proper nobhead today and ate crappy chocolate. That is the second time I've cheated on this bootcamp. I ate a mini creme egg, three mini malteasters and a small (but not the smallest) lindt hazelnut easter bunny.

Pah. Humph. Fuckass

EvaTheOptimist · 24/03/2014 21:44

Trash we all love to hear from you, none of this whingebagging self-criticism nonsense please. Its a real shame you feel miserable (and the same sympathies to Twit too). I wish I could just wave a magic wand for you both!
