Q&A's are hilarious. I can't think of a witty question. I had to stop myself from pressing buy it now for the craic!

OP posts:
aseriouslyblondemoment · 26/06/2010 22:41

nowt wrong with sausage toasties!!
does dp cook for you?
or the kids?

Monty100 · 26/06/2010 22:56

Yes he does, I do it most of the time in the week and he does most at weekends (takeaway fri night), he often does the roast on a Sunday if we're having it although I usually take over as he is hopeless at timing, he was happy to cook tonight but I wanted something NOW! lol and dd is out and ds has already eaten crap out.

Will dp be around during the week?

Janos · 26/06/2010 23:07

ROFL @ 'the squirter'

Dear god. As if any woman readeing his profile is gonna think 'Why yes, I'm a squirter...think I'll message him, he sounds lovely...'

Monty & asbm he obviously wasn't offended & I prob was overthinking things as we have a date tomorrow.. he is a few years older than me so bit different to usual but then usual hasn't done it for me so far!

pc - your poor dd, hope she gets better soon.

monty - Emilia Fox - she's in Silent Witness, used to be engaged to Vic Reeves I think. So, you're officially a fox! Good show madame

That reminds me, I caught up with lou earlier and she promises an update when she is feeling better.

Monty100 · 26/06/2010 23:11

Janos - yay a date! Oh I hope he's nice.

I don't think I look anything like her whatsoever tbh. It's weird how people perceive you.

OP posts:
Janos · 26/06/2010 23:11

LOL@ Q & A's. Vee amusing.

Janos · 26/06/2010 23:13

Odd isn't it? I'm sure you're still a sfox though Monty!

My exbf told me once I looked like Daryl Hannah. Where he got that from I don't know.

Monty100 · 26/06/2010 23:18

I feel more like Jo Brand this minute lol.

What are you doing for date Janos?

OP posts:
aseriouslyblondemoment · 26/06/2010 23:19

aww bless him monty!!
dp can cook tho as you know i'm v territorial about my kitchen..think gordon ramsey
we actually cook together alot which is nice and surprisingly he doesn't get on my nerves oh and he's handy with cleaning up/washing pans and loading emptying the dishwasher
i think alot of blokes fancy themselves as sunday lunch experts{snigger}
he boasted about his roast beef and yorkies when we were first seeing each other so i suggested that he made one...omg the words frisbees and leather spring to mind...kids were actually speechless for once as their jaws were locked solid
hey janos quick working there lady
where are you off to?
and are you wearing ds's fav mummy top

Janos · 26/06/2010 23:20

Well I ain't no Darryl Hannah that's for sure.

For date we are having brunch (he's Canadian so not being a pretentious git) at a nice pub.

I'm worrying about what to wear in case the weather is hot. I don't have any nice sundresses or anything like that.

Any thoughts?

aseriouslyblondemoment · 26/06/2010 23:21

behave monty
you're nothing like her except for the wit
unfortunately i know a RL version

Janos · 26/06/2010 23:27

X posts asbm!

LOL @ DS' favourite top..."mummy put your boobies away!"

Actually that's a good suggestion..under a smart cardigan/shrug, would be a good look.

Monty100 · 26/06/2010 23:30

ASBM - lol aw thanks.

I had a friend that was the image of Jo Brand, everyone used to say it and she'd be fuming lol.

Janos, cropped jeans and vest top, nice sandals?

I just googled DH and mmm there's a resemblance I think.

OP posts:
Monty100 · 26/06/2010 23:31

What's the 'mummy top'?

OP posts:
aseriouslyblondemoment · 26/06/2010 23:32

i think that's a good option or jeans and linen/cotton shirt?
so tell us a bit more about him...ie lookswise
is he your usual type or are you going off type this time?

Janos · 26/06/2010 23:32

Monty, it's a strappy vest top with a sweetheart neckline. It makes me look very booby!

Monty100 · 26/06/2010 23:34

Sorted .

OP posts:
aseriouslyblondemoment · 26/06/2010 23:36

but i imagine that your friend made up for it in personality!!
this version i know doesn't..

Janos · 26/06/2010 23:37

Lookswise, he's tall...in his 40s but from photo looks young for his age. Slightly bookish maybe a bit nerdy but nothing wrong with that. Brown wavy hair.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 26/06/2010 23:40

knew he'd be tall
what's his relationship history?
has he got kids?
{nosey emoticon}

Monty100 · 26/06/2010 23:40

ASBM - she was sharp as a razor and a personality the size of the planet. I haven't seen her for years, she bought a huge house in the country with a few of her old mates a few years ago and we lost touch. You know how it goes. She was funny though.

Who's the one you know?

OP posts:
Monty100 · 26/06/2010 23:41

Janos - I thought you disappeared into your wardrobe.

He sounds ok. Go on, more........
