jeez I hope you did him a garish Fair Isle and made him wear it

lou33 · 13/05/2009 00:12

lol this was when i liked him, so it was a big black round neck thing (pre kids)

aseriouslyblondemoment · 13/05/2009 10:57

ninah
have you still got match membership going?
it must be almost a year for you and nm now..woo hoo 1st yr anniversary soon

OP posts:
LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 13/05/2009 11:01

Did you have luck on Match? So far nil, nothing, zilch from there.
It is depressing when my 17 yo brother has better luck then I do.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 13/05/2009 11:15

so llaj what news?
are you meeting him next week?

OP posts:
ridingjoker · 13/05/2009 11:32

morning all. i am a knitter also to keep my hands and mind busy. but i'm crap at it.

LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 13/05/2009 12:07

asbm - I said that I could not do this week and said that I can do next week but need notice (due to wierd work hours). Have not heard from him since.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 13/05/2009 12:40

well fingers crossed he'll be back in touch
have you any other options still?

OP posts:
LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 13/05/2009 13:54

two others. Is it wrong to say no to someone just because he has facial hair. I know its petty but I hate it. Not that I am skanky (anymore) but the thought of facial hair makes my skin crawl.

ridingjoker · 13/05/2009 14:02

i dont like facial hair. even someone with a day or 2 stubble annoys me. lets face it. they expect us to have legs shaved and stray hairs removed and arms shaved. i expect a fella to do his blooming face.

it's only 1 area compared to our MANY areas

not mentionning privates

aseriouslyblondemoment · 13/05/2009 14:07

lol @ rj
don't mind a bit of stubble but beards are a big NO ewww

OP posts:
LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 13/05/2009 14:14

I can handle a bit of stubble (but not so much that I end up with pash rash) but the goatee thing is just icky. Beards...I am not trying to date my dad and no your are not a cave man or santa so shave!

ridingjoker · 13/05/2009 14:14

if i wanted a beard near my mouth i would be a lesbian. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew not for me.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 13/05/2009 14:16

and ewwwwwwwww can you imagine a ginge one

OP posts:
LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 13/05/2009 14:44

Well as much as I am partial to a ginge even I would draw the line at a ginger beard.
Oh and he jsut emailed me again so panic over.

ninah · 13/05/2009 14:45

with a beard you can shave it off, it's not like bald, is it
no I am not a member of match but every time nm psses me off I have a look, there is a very nice landscape gardener on offer at the mo. And the only other lone parent at the school gates I would be really interested to hear how she is getting on but it's not exactly casual convo .. wasn't checking out women btw, just making sure that by some fluke I was not still listed

lou33 · 13/05/2009 14:56

had some messages from a couple of rotten men , didnt reply

i would rather distract myself with a vibrator than knitting tbh

aseriouslyblondemoment · 13/05/2009 19:08

oh that good lou
llaj so has he come up with some other suggested times then?
ninah lol
nothing new with me really, indie texting regularly and has phoned me too

LouLovesAeroplaneJelly · 13/05/2009 20:28

You need a name for him lou. My mother refers to my father (her exh) as 'shit for brains'. That is what he is referred to in our house. She said it helps

lou33 · 13/05/2009 20:53

aseriouslyblondemoment · 13/05/2009 20:59
