thrilled to be kicking off part 6 on a sinful note lol

Blaming the vino for texting samename1 and asking him out - he text right back suggesting early this afternoon but don't think I can make it as am waiting for my brother who is coming down to help me swap washing machines and is always late bless him!

Then had a rather raunchy chat with young guy who have been in touch with for ages - trying to think of a nickname for him - very good looking - lives in your neck of the woods Lou. Think we might meet up soon.

At least resisted the urge to text exbf.

Hi,

Thanks for the happy birthdays.
I've learnt so much from this thread.

Well I think I know what a 'rampant bob' is anyway.

aseriouslyblondemoment · 26/03/2009 10:50

blimey SCL hope it finally happens am really intrigued to hear more about this man

sincitylover · 26/03/2009 11:14

He is mid 40s, works in the voluntary sector as a manager but seems quite blokeish and very laid back. Average height, shaved head, dark lives about 10 miles south of me but works in central London. Seems very very laid back. I am expecting to be able to hold an articulate conversation with him . Does not have dcs.

inthemistsoftime · 26/03/2009 14:10

adad, haven't you got any stories to tell us?

they can be dating nightmares, we've all had them, or maybe you have a success story?

Tis always good to see things from the male perspective!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, have a good one! (or two, or three....)

lou33 · 26/03/2009 14:10

nope!

i have also spent all morning at the hospital for an appointment with ds2 about his stomach, and kept him calm whilst they took blood (succeeded on the 2nd attempt)

then as he was going to miss his school lunch , i decided to dash into the local sainsburys to give him something to eat

dash was optimistic, i sat for 15 mins in the car park waiting for what i thought was someone trying tog et by another car, until i realised he was actually just int he middle of the lane waiting for a disabled spot (which i needed too but i wasnt going to sit for 15 mins for one) I was by now blocking in someone on a mum and baby spot who wanted to leave but couldnt because this man wouldnt move forward at all, eventually i lost my temper, beeped my horn , which he ignored, and managed to just squeeze through with about an inch either side, whilst he looked at me like i was mad, and i wound my window down and told him to stop blocking the whole bloody lane up (i couldnt reverse at this point)

i went and found a spot that was not for disabled parking but had enough room about me to get ds and his wheelchair sorted

THEN we go into order some food and i pay and we sit and wait

and we sit and wait

and we sit and wait

40 minutes later it finally turns up, after asking 3 times when we would receive it

i spoke to customer services about ti afterwards and they gave me a full refund, as i hadnt been told there was going to be a delay when i ordered, so that was nice, but an hour lost of my life in sainsburys .....

( i did pick up quantum of solace when i was there though so not all bad )

inthemistsoftime · 26/03/2009 14:11

lou, you dont sound bad at all, just in control, the way it should be!

lou33 · 26/03/2009 14:12

happy birthday adad

inthemistsoftime · 26/03/2009 14:14

god, I hate that thing when they cant get blood, ds goes berserk and screams the place down, he now has a phobia of needles! Cant say I blame him

Hopefully things are ok with your ds?
