Hiya Aimsmum

hope you and dd enjoy your meal and that the meeting goes ok.

'you have been warned' what a bloody cheek, do they realise that meeting is about a very upset little girl are you sure you dont want us all to come and sit there looking at them for you???

will be thinking about you and dd and hoping you get things sorted

MascaraOHaraIncredibleSheHulk · 30/11/2006 15:31

Is everything OK Aimsmum?

MascaraOHaraIncredibleSheHulk · 01/12/2006 12:34

Any news yet?

themoon66 · 01/12/2006 12:47

Perhaps it's time we got round there and bailed her out?

MascaraOHaraIncredibleSheHulk · 01/12/2006 12:51

yes, should someone start a paypal fund?

Does she post from work? maybe has been caught up with something, I hope it went well for her!

Mumpbump · 01/12/2006 13:50

I hope everything is okay and there hasn't been some massive drama...

Miaou · 01/12/2006 14:03

Oh, not seen this before. Aimsmum, you have handled this fabulously well. I really hope things went ok last night. Will keep a watch on this thread.

NotActuallyAMum · 01/12/2006 14:37

Mumpbump I was thinking that....

Aimsmum said yesterday she would "let you know how it goes later" which would suggest she has internet access at home as well as at work

Really hope her and her dd are OK

lapinrose · 01/12/2006 15:07

I haven't posted on this thread before bu t have followed it and was wondering how you'd got on, hope it went ok.

I think you have been incredibly tolerant and calm so far, much more so than I could imagine myself being in similar circs.

I think you did very very well!!

I think she just sounds young, certainly doesn't sound like they are 'right' for each other. I think it was quite good of your xp to acknowledge a problem and start trying to make amends. I hope he sees the light and gets with someone more mature.

littlerach · 01/12/2006 16:38

I just have to say that you have been such a fantastic mother throghout this. really dealt with it well. Your daughter is lucky to have you. .

Mumpbump · 01/12/2006 16:42

Well done, Ainsmum! I am glad it sounds like your dh is seeing the light and perhaps starting to get his priorities right.

well done aimsmum. XP's girlfriend sounds so childish! Hopefully he'll see the light soon and get rid of her. Until then at least things are out in the open and the girlfriend will know that you and xp are aware of her behaviour - hopefully ,if no one else is using the family braincell at the time, she will realise she no longer can and should not be 'bullying' your dd.

Hats off to you lady

Miaou · 01/12/2006 20:00

Aimsmum you total star!!! You've handled this so well. And well done for not decking the girlfriend !!

I'm sooo glad it went so well. Let's hope your xp continues to hold up his end of the bargain .
