I had that set as well Saz. I think it was inherited because I had more than that, I'm sure I had an aeroplane too.

Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow

ah weebles - i never had any and was always dreadfully jealous of friends that did.

anyone have a playdough barber shop? Again - didnt have but pined for!! the way the playdough squirted through the holes in their heads, hahaha!

ok its too late and i sound like a mad woman. Hope you all have a good time! I will be watching men tile my new conservatory and finisht the bathroom -- yipeee! hopefully soon i can have my bloody house back to myself and ds can sleep without someone drilling or hammering at nap time!

Twinkie1 · 17/07/2008 06:44

DS has the Play doh barber shop - big tip do not buy ne you end up cutting small pieces of blue playdoh out of their hair and your carpet!

See you all later girls - I am a bit woosie at the mo went to see Mama Mia last night but i was fully booked and we didn't prebooked so ended up in the pub for the evening - am at present feeding myself Mung Strength Coffee!

Yes House is called St Andrews although sign is dowm at te mo waiting for DH to repaint it so the ahndyman person can whack it back up - house is wide and yellow and next tot hte bus stop - opposite the Indian Restaurant - you sho0uldn't get lost - there will probably be said man up ladder repainting window frames!

JentlyDoesIt · 17/07/2008 09:13

OOh Twinkie!! I didn't realise I had two massive slabs of your yummy cakes in my bag. I am now sat here stuffing my face with that gorgeous walnut cake instead of doing the yoga dvd i promised myself!

We had a lovely afternoon, I hope it didn't take you too long to clear up and i hope your DS is not still in locked in the bathroom!! (what good luck you had a man with a long ladder!).

MrsMagooo · 17/07/2008 20:02

Awww no, hope he perks up a bit love him

As for cuddles with DD - that was certainly no hardship - still hoping that, that & the Full Moon will entice Little Man out lol

Xx

Saz126 · 17/07/2008 21:12

Yes, thankyou Twinkie! Lovely afternoon, scrummy cake and feeling thoroughly stuffed. Jently, your DD so gorgeous, looking forward to more cuddles next time. Definitely broody uh oh. xxx

Sawyer64 · 17/07/2008 22:23

Sorry I wasn't able to meet up today with you all afterall,so wanted to meet the new faces as well.

But my parents stayed until 2.45pm, and I had very impulsively decided(yesterday ) to swap DS's bedroom around with DD2,so that he has the bigger room as he's 12,and he was returning today from Camping with the school,so had to try and finish it before picking him up at 4pm!

Will try to meet up at the Picnic instead.

Twinkie1 · 18/07/2008 07:42

It was lovely to see you all, left the playroom till this morning and have just cleaned it up. Am going to have a quiet day today!!

Lucyfer - DS finally managed to open the door and come out he was a little tearful but quite proud for opening the door - I was just manic by then!! Have asked DH to move the lock but he hasn;t managed it yet but I will nag him to do it this weekend God knows what I would have done without super Patrick here!

Jently - I hope I am not talking out of place here but your DS seems really pushed out by having DD around now - not pushed out by you but in his own little mind belss him.

My cousins son was like this when she had her second baby to the extent that she sought professional help - they said to let him be a baby again for a while, have cuddle, go back to being fed and well just back to being a baby for a while - he saw my cousin heeping love on this new little bundle and felt pushed out when she was just catering to the babies needs not doing anything worng in that respect but he still was and wanted to be a baby.

Hope I haven't said anything out of turn.

If you fancy a visit oneday so I can just sit and cuddle your DD and you can cuddle DS (or the other way round) I will bring cake and happily oblige! That is if Saz doesn't get there first!

Saz126 · 18/07/2008 09:37

yes me too Jently! Always available for cuddles!

JentlyDoesIt · 19/07/2008 09:05

Twinkle - you have just said exactly what I have been thinking about poor DS I have been feeding him again this weekend and having lots more cuddles (he even had a short nap on my lap yesterday) and he already seems happier. He also likes to cuddle up on me while I'm holding DD which is nice (if a bit hot!)

I would love you (and you Saz) to visit one day! And anyone else who wants free cuddles with a tiny before she becomes old news and the new tiny's come along

Just let me know when you are free and we'll set a date!

MrsMagooo · 19/07/2008 09:08

I'm always up for a visit just point me in the right direction

Bless DS - glad he's feeling a little happier!!

A lot of my friends have been telling me to expect DD to go back to being a baby for a while once DS is here

Xx

purpleflower · 19/07/2008 11:43

I think it's me that needs the directions I'm always around to help with cuddles, it may be me needing it soon

MrsMagooo · 19/07/2008 11:57

LOL Flower - we got there in the end

Xx
